What even is this place? I placed a delivery order for 2-hours later. Seems like plenty of time to make 3 small pizzas and deliver a mile away. Nope. 2 and a half hours later, I began calling for an update on my order; answering machine each and every time. My wife calls from her phone that isn't attached to an order; VOILA AN ANSWER. Order finally shows up 90 minutes late. No plates and napkins that were requested; shocker. No marinara for bread sticks, which looked like human finger bones. Pizza was mediocre at best, but hey, at least I'll be able to dip it in the ranch I ordered. NOPE, every ranch cup was vanilla icing. Vanilla.. icing.

Went in to get a DoorDash order tonight and the DoorDash system screwed up, as it does, and there were TWO girls holding it down. Making orders and remaking orders that got sent elsewhere like machines and with no manager in the building?! They both deserve raises at the very least

I've ordered from this Vocelli twice now and let me tell you each and every time there is an issue. The first time the pizzas that I ordered had one topping per slice... No exaggeration. I then proceeded to call the store and was told that was normal for that vocellis. The second time I ordered they had me waiting for almost an hour for my order. This is a terrible Vocellis. I wouldn't pay the people who work there minimum wage. The Vocellis on rt 8 is awesome!!!

Definitely decent food, average prices, super fast delivery, i would recommend this place over the typical other franchise places. You will be pleasantly surprised trying them.
Very good pizza. I just had the cheese. And its just as i remember it when I was working in this area 7 years ago. Wish they had one in east Tn. Yet to find a good pie in Tennessee.

I eat a LOT of pizzas all across the East Coast regularly, so I know my stuff. These guys make a FANTASTIC pizza. Highly recommended by a legit pizza snob 👍 they use the old school pepperoni that curls up on the edges when it cooks, not that deli sliced stuff you get from the hut.
