Waited in line behind an old couple for around 10 minutes. After an extensive wait where the girl and guy behind the counter paid little to no attention to us nor the older couple, both us and the older couple left without ordering. I will be very weary of going back to a place more concerned with door dash orders than actual customers standing in line. The store is on Kimberly Lane by Walmart in Seneca PA, Venango County

Honestly a poorly run establishment. and i say that with grace. I came by around 3:25 It was not busy at all. i had to wait a few minutes for someone to come up to the register (not a problem for me) but i had noticed that everything was so filthy. counters needed wiped in the back and the floor had stuff all over it. (fries, crumbs, you name it, they probably have it on their floor) Some poor lady had to pull up from the drive thru and wait for over 5-8 minutes to get a small bag. (looked like there was a single sandwich in the bag) whilst the people in the back were hooting and hollering about god knows what. Actually Disgusted

Awful service. Awful food. Was told to pull ahead while they made fries. Sat for 15 minutes. Guess what fries were cold. Chicken sandwiches were like warm thin and tasteless. Wish they would give you straw could have drank pop in those 15 minutes

Wendy’s has one of the best fast food burgers out there. I’m a fan of the Dave’s Double. When it’s freshly cooked it’s really very good. After a 1/2 hour in a bag on the way home there’s nothing that can bring it back. My local Wendy’s is always fast and friendly!

Food is great I just wish they would stop forgetting to put stuff in my bags, this isn't right up the road it's away from homes so to go back and get it is a bit of a hassle.
Not a fan of Wendy's but this location is as good as a Wendy's can get. No complaints about food quality or service. Bathrooms are clean. Dining area is well kept. If Wendys is your thing. You will be happy.

I went to the drive through at Wendy's today ? and when I got up to the window, I was trying to find gift and card ? so many people waiting on me and the lady at the drive-thru said it's ok. It's on us. Very nice and so thoughtful ?
