We stood in line for 15 minutes or more. Then, when we got up to the counter to order, finally. The kid started making APP orders and we stood there and stood there. No one saying we will be right with you we just got ignored. So after standing there for more than 10 minutes we left. I'm sorry if your in person customers in the store are not as important as drive-thru and the APP orders I can take my business else where.

I like the food there. But I am writing specifically to tell them for the love of Pete to please change their fryer oil. These fries taste like everything you’ve ever fried, ever, all at once. They’re disgusting.

Waited in line behind an old couple for around 10 minutes. After an extensive wait where the girl and guy behind the counter paid little to no attention to us nor the older couple, both us and the older couple left without ordering. I will be very weary of going back to a place more concerned with door dash orders than actual customers standing in line. The store is on Kimberly Lane by Walmart in Seneca PA, Venango County

Honestly a poorly run establishment. and i say that with grace. I came by around 3:25 It was not busy at all. i had to wait a few minutes for someone to come up to the register (not a problem for me) but i had noticed that everything was so filthy. counters needed wiped in the back and the floor had stuff all over it. (fries, crumbs, you name it, they probably have it on their floor) Some poor lady had to pull up from the drive thru and wait for over 5-8 minutes to get a small bag. (looked like there was a single sandwich in the bag) whilst the people in the back were hooting and hollering about god knows what. Actually Disgusted
