It's typical Wendy's fare, but the staff was really nice, the place was particularly clean, and they were actively doing maintenance and cleaning when we arrived, which is awesome, and it didn't impact the speed and quality of the food.

food was alright at best got a burger and the pickles and tomato were all on one quarter of the burger. Employees seemed to be very uncoordinated, and I seen that the kitchen was flooded. I had to wait 10 minutes just to place an order when it wasn’t even busy. Prices were ridiculous for what I got. Please improve.

Forgets straws half of the time, takes forever, customer service sucks, forgets things like sour cream every time, doesn't give you the spoon for a frostie or straws for drinks when they give you your beverage. I like the food but please hire better/smarter people.

We stood in line for 15 minutes or more. Then, when we got up to the counter to order, finally. The kid started making APP orders and we stood there and stood there. No one saying we will be right with you we just got ignored. So after standing there for more than 10 minutes we left. I'm sorry if your in person customers in the store are not as important as drive-thru and the APP orders I can take my business else where.
