Just sat in drive thru line for 15 minutes. All I wanted was a drink. Car in front of me got out of line. After sitting at the speaker 5 more minutes I said hello and a rather rude woman said please give us a few minutes. Our fry guy is behind and we are trying to give him some time. I said thanks anyway and left. I now see why they have a low rating.

I ordered door dash 12/14/25 and I didnt receive my food. I received a bag of sauces and my drink. This wendys has been a issue now 2 times with me ordering door dash. No frys and or burger with my order

The food is Good obviously but everyone that works here seems so miserable. And doesn’t seem like they know how to use manners at all. Like if they knew how to use words like “your welcome” “thank you” “appreciate it” maybe they would’ve got a decent tip from me. They need to learn manners. Doesn’t seem like anyone ever taught them that.

This was the 2nd time we ate at this particular Wendy's. Normally I love Wendy's. This one has messed our order up twice now. The baconator had 2 strips of bacon! TWO that was it. No lettuce. We asked for lettuce as a bun and since they only have shredded lettuce I guess they thought we just wouldn't want any at all! No mayo and the whole thing was put in a plastic container, good right? Well, if it wasn't sideways in the bag it would have been OK!
The last time wasn't much better. Needless to say. I was not happy with my jumbled mess of a BIT O' bacon burger... baconator my butt!
