They only had soft ice cream even though the ads had signs for hand dipped. The service was very poor and the soft serve was runny. We will not be visiting this place again.
Wheelchair accessibility: It was an all gravel parking lot which was very hard for wheelchairs. It had a ramp which was long and narrow, making it very difficult to push a wheelchair.

This was my first time here and it's a cute little place with outdoor seating. Fairly priced for what I got: a salted caramel pretzel sundae. Staff was friendly and the sundae was delicious.

Awesome little red caboose! A nice ramp and stairs for easy access. The employees were super nice and the service was quick! There’s a lovely shaded sitting area with matching red picnic tables! There are cute string lights as well! Definitely a great place to stop by on a hot summer’s day!

The girls are rude there. My 5 year old daughter ordered a bubble gum soft serve and they gave her one that was humongous and when she took a bite, it fell to the ground. They gave her napkins to clean it up herself and charged us full price for a new one and hardly gave her any ice cream in the new cone. I am usually not a Karen about these things, but the attitude was relentless
Ordered American Sunday was to come with fresh strawberries and blueberries had a little bit of blueberry gel in it no strawberries whatsoever terrible cost $5.50

So, how do I express my hurt for my 3 yr niece being turn away because she was an inch in height over the free ice cream policy. Really? It would seem customer service would prevail rather than approaching a 3 yr old with a measuring apparatus then telling her no. Wow! Truly disappointed. It's isn't the cost, it's the service and feelings of a toddler that is so disheartening. And yes, we did find another parlor. But, just sharing to help others and their children.
