Just waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes! We were second in line from ordering when we pulled in. There were maybe 5 cars in front of us. I sat there running every scenario through my mind as to what could be taking so long! Tried to think positive that maybe with the long wait we’d get hot, fresh food. WRONG! Everything was cold and even my 12yo said how stale the fries tasted.
when I asked for a refund due to the kiosks giving me the wrong order they said I would need to get a refund at the kiosk which every one knows is impossible. got a full refund eventually, and nothing short of the franchisee apologizing in person for this and past yeeets would make me go vack
I stopped in to get breakfast this morning at 10:49 Amanda was told they already stopped serving full breakfast menu, I don't understand it's still morning!!!

McDonald's serves lukewarm burgers and fries, and the restaurant can be dirty in some areas. Despite this, the cashiers are friendly and the bathrooms are clean. The service is quick, especially in the drive-thru, and the employees are nice. One young employee at the register was taking orders, correcting wait times with the kitchen, and apologizing for long waits, showing great effort to hold the front of house together. Customers have received excellent service, with staff being polite and welcoming, even going beyond expectations. However, the prices are high, and many wish there were more deals on meals. The food tastes good, but it may not be worth the cost.
