Just waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes! We were second in line from ordering when we pulled in. There were maybe 5 cars in front of us. I sat there running every scenario through my mind as to what could be taking so long! Tried to think positive that maybe with the long wait we’d get hot, fresh food. WRONG! Everything was cold and even my 12yo said how stale the fries tasted.

Ordered my food I want got to the window and the lady order and the lady was swearing at me and messed my order up very bad my drink didn’t have no creamer or any flavor had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s will never go there again

Place takes forever... line hasn't moved in 10 mins and the drive thru line is wrapped the whole way around the building... this happens constantly on a regular basis

Major props to the 15/16yr old at the register who was taking orders, correcting wait times with the kitchen, and offering up apologies for long wait times all their own. Deserves to be properly recognised for holding the FoH together when no one was helping.

Absolutely uncoordinated the crew here is a MESS and obviously cannot work in a fast paced environment this place needs an overhaul or possibly shut down

Took forever. They forgot our shakes completely and made my food inedible because I hate their onions and don't like pickles and though I ordered my cheeseburgers without them, and the nice guy taking My order entered this correctly, they made them wrong. Fries were ice cold also, yuck The line was so backed up that there was no time for me to get replaced. This is pretty much my experience at this McDonald's everytime. I only stop here when someone else is driving , so bout 1 time a year and it's always the same sadly.

Never really a big fan of McDonald's. We just dropped off our kid at college, and we needed something to eat before we got on the road again. The service was fantastic!! Polite and above and beyond how I thought we should be treated at McD's. Thanks for the hospitality 🤲
