Food is absolutely first rate. Better than first rate, actually. Homemade breads and rolls, just excellent all the way around. The staff and owner are all friendly and excellent. Indoor dining is available, in an informal "order at the counter and they'll bring it to you" format. Just be aware, unlike many places, Vitos is closed on Sundays, and they ONLY accept CASH. We ordered 2 pizzas. The medium was fine. The large was under cooked. The crust was gummy toward the middle. Was very disappointed. As we drove up from Duncansville. Tasted very good but under cooked. The lower half of each slice stuck to the box. Should have been in the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes.
Truly a gem! Staff is incredibly friendly! Food is fresh, make their own bread, slice their own meats. Delicious! Absolutely go out of your way to eat here! Wonderful. Portions are huge.
