Today I had Heather in the drive-through along with a gentleman when I asked him his name he told me his name was stink finger very inappropriate. I have my daughter in the car. Never had an experience like this at Dunkin’ Donuts in Daleville. I will be reporting employees. i’ve never been treated so poorly at this location with my daughter

Unfortunately, it's not the best Dunkin in the area. Always out of flavorings and donuts are stale, they did recently renovate, which is nice, but the space they have to work in is a lot smaller, so it does cause the drive-thru to back up.

Never ever get the order correct after I have waited a good half hour and my order so simple medium hot 6&6 & loaded hash browns extra cheese and coffee is never correct and the extra cheese is just a drizzle BUT the one at the bottom of 307 is excellent every single time.
I’ve wasted so much time sitting in these drive thru lines only to get the incorrect order or a nasty coffee. On top of everything the employees never fail to make you feel unwelcomed.

Do not come here if you're looking to get your order done quickly and properly. The service here is very slow especially in the drive thru. The coffee is always burnt, and on top of it the employees are miserable and nothing is ever stocked.

Service was terrible, employees couldn't comprehend how to use the dunkin app, other times I've gone food was just plain poorly made and low effort, remodel is nice but 10/10 would rather go to the dunmore dunkin, it's worth the drive for their services

This Dunkin is the biggest abomination to ever exist. It is run by lazy fools. Literally could take twenty minutes to get through a drive through line with five cars in it. I honestly can’t comprehend how incompetent you have to be to be so aweful at getting a coffee and a donut to a window. It’s unbelievable. Do not go here.

Several times I have gone here and they are out of many options. It's 3 in the afternoon and they have no bagels or English muffins. Go any time after 6pm and they have no donuts left. Might as well close at noon since you're out of stock by then.
