Literally the worst dunkin ive ever been to in my entire life… across several states. Management has zero understanding of how to run a store, I waited 32 minutes for a small iced coffee. Not joking, 32 minutes on a weekend morning and I couldn’t back out or leave because of the line behind me. When you do finally get to the window, all they are doing in there is being loud and laughing at eachother, blasting music and having a grand ole time doing nothing meanwhile there is 20 cars in the drive thru stretched back all the way to the stop sign.. Get a new manager and stop hiring people who think being a conversationalist is more important than their job they are getting paid for.

Today I had Heather in the drive-through along with a gentleman when I asked him his name he told me his name was stink finger very inappropriate. I have my daughter in the car. Never had an experience like this at Dunkin’ Donuts in Daleville. I will be reporting employees. i’ve never been treated so poorly at this location with my daughter

I ordered a hot black decalf, not an ice cold black decaf!!
Unfortunately, it's not the best Dunkin in the area. Always out of flavorings and donuts are stale, they did recently renovate, which is nice, but the space they have to work in is a lot smaller, so it does cause the drive-thru to back up.

Never ever get the order correct after I have waited a good half hour and my order so simple medium hot 6&6 & loaded hash browns extra cheese and coffee is never correct and the extra cheese is just a drizzle BUT the one at the bottom of 307 is excellent every single time.

I’ve wasted so much time sitting in these drive thru lines only to get the incorrect order or a nasty coffee. On top of everything the employees never fail to make you feel unwelcomed.

Do not come here if you're looking to get your order done quickly and properly. The service here is very slow especially in the drive thru. The coffee is always burnt, and on top of it the employees are miserable and nothing is ever stocked.
