Burrito Loco Mexican Grill

Salad had almost no lettuce in it, chicken was sliced very thin and hard as a rock. Overpriced. Forgot my leftovers called literally two minutes later and they’ve thrown them out already. Poor customer attitude

Very friendly service, recent remodel is very well done, decorations are great, food is very tasty with great portions. I have no complaints. Great job!

They literally never make my food right. Everytime I go here I wait for 30 minutes even though I place my order hours ahead of time.

Food was mediocre at best , beans were flavorless and Luke warm , rice was definitely a reheat. Mole sauce was horrible and chorizo was dried out . Son ordered a chicken build your own burrito and came out with absolutely no chicken . Only decent meal was my daughter’s kids pizza . Unsweet teas were 4.99 each , server was pretty scarce also, waited awhile for the refills and was not busy .
Music way too loud also
First time here and probably last … save your money and head to Wilkes to el Rey Aztec for real authentic food.

Excellent authentic Mexican food with Wonderful, attentive service by Jose! Food portions are very generous annd flavorful. The margaritas are as pretty as they are delicious. Don’t miss the table side guacamole! It’s outstanding!

This restaurant is very quaint. Good Mexican vibe. The food was good, but I ordered a lobster & shrimp tomales( I think). It was not lobster but that fake crab meat stuff. I do not particularly care for that. They serve drinks. Overall experience was positive. Average meal price was 15-20$

I've been to Mexico more times than I can count and I lived in Texas for 6 years so I know Mexican food. This is the real deal. Everything is great, especially the birria tacos. Very few Mexican restaurants in NEPA even offer birria, and theirs is super authentic. If you've not had birria tacos this is the place to try them.

Went there with 7 other students. Got ripped off when they took it upon themselves to charge each of us a 20% group fee. Even tried to over charge one, she got 3 small items and they were charging her almost $50. The food wasn't all it was hyped up to be. I don't recommend them at all.

If I can give it more than 5 stars I would!! My boyfriend and I dined in for the first time last night. Every worker there was super friendly! The atmosphere is amazing, the inside of the restaurant is beautiful. The food and margaritas were also amazing!
