Dined here recently for the first time and will definitely be back! The food was delicious, drinks were great, staff was very friendly! Overall great experience and highly recommend a stop here! Make sure you get the handmade guacamole that's prepared at your table!

Every time I call in an order for pick up the person on the phone seems to be confused. They do not know their own menu. Additionally, it has become a common trend for them to mess up the order, causing me to drive back for the correct one. Needs better management.

Ive tried this location twice now and both were really disappointing. I order the fajita burrito ended up just getting fajita so I end up paying more for probably less rice and beans than would have been in the burrito. The rice and beans portion was sad. Flavor was ok just wish i got what I ordered

The food is good, and the Mexican dishes are flavorful with generous portions. When dining in, the experience is generally positive.
However, I strongly discourage ordering takeout. There is a recurring issue that has happened multiple times: the sauces are simply not included at all. Not one. Even when we call ahead and clearly request several salsas — including green salsa, which we really enjoy — they are routinely left out of the order.
This is not about asking for extra sauces. It’s about not receiving any in the first place. Today, when I went in person, no sauces had been placed in the order at all. I had to repeatedly ask just to receive what had already been requested. It becomes uncomfortable and frustrating to feel like you have to insist every single time.
We have actually been quite patient about this ongoing issue, but it has become so recurrent that today I finally expressed my frustration at the front desk. I don’t know whether this reflects management policy or simply the attitude of the staff at the counter, but something needs to change.
Unfortunately, situations like this ruin what should be an enjoyable dinner experience. We have been loyal customers, but after so many repeated problems, we are seriously considering other options in the area. I genuinely hope management reviews this and improves the takeout experience, because the food itself deserves better service.

I thought it was a upgraded Mexican restaurant. There is one further down the road but I thought this 1 was better. Serving were good size and very good. I'm looking forward to going back
Called at 9:20pm on a Friday night and they denied taking an order stating their “kitchen is closed “ I guess they’re doing well and don’t need the money. Time for a restaurant to open in the area that wants business. That’s terrible service

Burrito Loco in Dallas, PA was a great overall experience. The drinks were crafted perfectly, with adorable attention to detail, and the food was outstanding and arrived in a timely manner.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, though occasionally a bit slow with smaller things like drink refills or bringing the bill. That said, it didn’t take away much from the experience.
The restaurant itself was clean, bright, and nicely decorated for the holidays. The seasonal décor added a warm touch, and the woodwork on the booths gave the space a nice, personalized feel.
Overall, a solid spot with great food and drinks. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try.

The salmon dish was delicious. The chocoflan, was ok. I’m just very picky and food reviewer so I have to be harsh here. The cake portion of the chocoflan was dry and crumbly. I would rate that a 2/5.
The salmon dish was a for sure 4/5. The sauce was a nice touch to the dish. But the asparagus was mushy and chewy.
Their Christmas special drink was very nice.

Ordered a bureto with no peppers or onions, didn't happen. Sent it back, they literally scraped out the front parts, and sent it back. YOU DON'T EVER DO THAT. Food was barely warm. NEVER had such POOR service. WILL NEVER BOTHER GOING BACK.
