Gluten Free Basket / The Farm Basket

I’ve lived in the Back Mountain for over ten years and have driven past this business probably a hundred times and never realized that it’s actually three businesses: a bake shop, a gluten free grocer, and a farmer’s market. I stopped in today for the first time and picked up local honey at an excellent price and some delicious maple cinnamon buns. The farmer’s basket had great prices on fresh produce and the largest yam I’ve ever seen! I’ll definitely be back for more!

Celiac's paradise! A little bit of everything in this well organized store. The woman who runs it is so friendly and kind, makes our trips even more fun.

This is a great resource for people who require gluten free options for their diet. The gluten free food choices include a different variety of breads and bagels, snacks chips and pretzels , great for kids as snacks to take in school lunches. They also have gluten free pasta of all kinds. The selections of sweets..Katz donuts and creme filled cakes are delicious, and there are other desert options that are gluten free as well.
There are also dairy free options and many additional items to use in making your own meals.
In addition to the gluten free store there is an absolutely fantastic little bakery with great pies , breads and treats like whoopee pies that are made by the AMISH, but they are not gluten free.
And there is also a gift store with country crafts that make great personalized gifts.
We are glad we found this place. the owner is great and very knowledgeable.
We almost forgot..We eat gluten free all the time ...the Against the Grain pizza you can buy there frozen is Awesome if you are a pizza lover. They also have a fruit and fresh veggie stand with fresh locally grown produce.

Nice selection, friendly staff, discounted sections are helpful b/c most of the items are out of my price range.

I found gluten free salted coco rolls,Irish soda bread mix,potato gnocchi,jelly and cream filled donut holes, and do much more! I’m so excited!
