I have been ordering online for delivery. 1st time, went ok, not great, 2nd time about the same. I had just moved here so since the food was good i figured it would be a good go to place. Past 4 times, my order was cancelled 30 seconds after i ordered citing, too busy, cannot fulfil the order, and even had a message from door dash before i got it from the restaurant. I rarely make these posts but this is ridiculous. For a 4.4 star on google, i expected much more.

Prime has a nice atmosphere, but the food was disappointing. The halibut was dry and lacked flavor. The salad was very basic. Just romaine lettuce with only two small tomato halves. The steak taco was overcooked, and the cheesy corn was overwhelmingly heavy on the cheese, which overpowered the dish. Overall, the meal didn't live up to expectations. I hope the kitchen improves its consistency because the restaurant has potential. Was here during COVID in 2020 and the god was much better.

We ordered the beef filet and shrimp and chicken scampi. It was not good! Sides were awful. Service was fair . Drinks were good. Not going back!!

First visit here last Friday. I sat at the bar around 5:30 PM for dinner and a cocktail and was looking forward to a relaxing evening. Unfortunately, the experience fell short.
The service was very disappointing. The bartender largely ignored the corner of the bar where I was seated. Long stretches went by without any check-in, and it took quite a while to get attention for basic things. For what should have been a simple cocktail and dinner, the lack of attentiveness really stood out.
I ordered the halibut, which had the potential to be excellent. It was a beautiful piece of fish, but sadly it was overcooked and dry. Halibut should be moist and gently glistening inside — this one was anything but. It was disappointing to see such a quality cut not prepared properly.
From the time I walked in at 5:30 PM until I left at 8:30 PM, the overall pace of the evening felt excessive for just sitting at the bar for a cocktail and dinner. The combination of inattentive service and poorly executed food made for a frustrating first impression.
I really wanted to enjoy this place, but based on this visit, it was a letdown.

I very rarely write bad reviews on restaurants. I understand that sometimes there are off nights either on the service or food end. Sometimes they are just extremely busy. However, the experience my husband and I had tonight at Prime left me wanting to comment. We stopped by to get a gift card and have dinner. We have dined there before. We did not have a reservation. When we walked in there was a couple ahead of us. The reception area is very tight. We waited for someone to greet us, and waited, and waited. We watched bartenders and servers walk back and forth. No one acknowledged us. No one said we'll be right with you. There were plenty of open seats at the bar and open tables available. We waited at least ten minutes with no one saying anything to us. Another couple came in after us and walked ahead. A server came by to seat the first couple but said nothing to us. A little while later a server with long black hair, who passed us numerous times went up to the couple that came in after us and asked if they would like to be seated. At that point we felt they do not need our business and walked out.
Breakfast was delicious and our server Sue was phenomenal. Definitely will be back!!!

I wish no stars an option! The water is not suitable for ingestion, the smell is awful. The cod with meat was an illusion. I could only find minimal pieces of burnt crab and the cod was the size of a deck of cards...all this for $43.00!
