My band was playing at the Back Mt. Brewing Co. and this food truck was there. The empanadas and shrimp/rice were fantastic! Will definitely look out for this truck again.
Sammy P's Empanadas are fully loaded and so addicting! Juicy and authentic flavor!
I asked Sammy to surprise me with his favorite dish and he made me the shrimp and mofongo. I watched this man sautee my lunch in front of me, preparing everything fresh to order, and you could see the love put in. The flavor is unreal, finished with fresh lime is 🤌
