How have I not reviewed this shop before? My favorite hoagie shop in the Danville area. Orders are made quick with generous portions. The wet pepper spread is perfect.
They used to be cash-only, but I think on this recent visit they asked if it was cash or credit....so things may have changed.
Anyhoo, I highly recommend the Old School Italian...that's my go-to.

I have a long history with this sub shop, I worked here when I was a teen back in the late 80s while Tony still owned and ran the restaurant so it was neat going back for a sub now. The last time I stepped foot in the place was in '92. I cannot believe the place is almost identical to when I last was in. A few coats of paint and some new equipment but the same lay out and counter. The food was very good but the only difference is I am now spoiled by homemade crusty Italian...

Small complaint lies with the sides, the fried perogies were great but a little dry, could have used a sauce on the side or something like that. And fries were fine - could have used some salt or any other seasoning, they were very plain.
