I have been ordering from them for over 10 years and last night was the worst customer service I've ever ran into. I ORDER MY FOOD THE SAME WAY everythime and now am new cook told me they dont make my food the way I've been getting it and was very unprofessional about it

Changed my review because of recent the food isn’t as good due to the lacking service. They barely listen to your requests or try to be accommodating. It’s like there’s lacking management. It used to be the go-to place. Hope it gets back on its feet.
Update: came back to say it seems this pace has gotten new management in the recent years. The food is quite good, brace the go-to place once again. Pretty good customer service. No major complaints. Keep it up!

Really disappointed with Queens of Pizza. Our order came out overcooked the crust was rock hard and the toppings.. I didn’t get any despite paying. Tried to politely mention it, but instead of fixing the issue, one of the staff told my girlfriend to “shut the [expletive] up.” Completely unprofessional and rude. Definitely won’t be coming back. Avoid this place if you care about quality or basic respect.

I’ve been to this place plenty of times maybe it was an off night. I ordered an Xl pizza with beef pepperoni onions and mushrooms and the pizza didn’t seem done. It was very flimsy and the the toppings slid off when picking up a slice. Very unsatisfying, especially after a long day of work.
