I try and avoid this location at all costs and will happily drive miles out of my way to go to another store. Let's face it, no Dunkin gets it right every time, and you're probably more likely to find your soulmate than a consistent Dunkin, but this one is on another level. The drive through is about as backwards as possible and has a curb to seemingly keep you in once you place your order. There is a pretty good chance you will get stuck in this line with a couple cars in front of you for an incredibly long time. Granted on the weekends in summer the staff gets swamped, and it is hard to blame the few workers that are there. But do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I order from Dunkin’ OFTEN as I work 14 hour shifts and don’t always have time to make lunch. I have never been to a worse Dunkin before. They never have food!!!! How can you be in the food industry and never have half your menu? And I’ve even had them make me a different flavored drink and when I question it they say they ran out. So why would you not just refund me or ask if I wanted something different instead of trying to trick me by making a different drink but putting the sticker with my original order on it? The people there are very nice but the service is absolutely awful. Never ordering from here ever again. Issues 9/10 times here.

I came in to order a coffee. I was not greeted and largely ignored. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Finally, the employee looked at me and looked annoyed, then took my order. No greeting, no thank you. This is a location that i definitely would not recommend!
They do not want your business!!

I have to give a huge shout out to Sabrina! She waited on me at the driveway and was so polite and kind. She had no idea I was having a bad morning and she gave me the sweetest compliment. So nice to see younger kids being amazing.

I stopped by Dunkin Donuts when I was feeling extremely thirsty, and I’m so glad I did.

Jonathan and his colleague were incredibly helpful, taking the time to help me find the perfect drink to quench my thirst. They were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied.

It’s not every day you receive that level of service at a quick-stop location, so huge thanks to Jonathan and the team for turning a simple visit into a great experience!

The morning of 4-25-25. This was the worst managed restaurant I've ever been in in my life! I was second in line but waited 12 minutes and then finally left. Three other people walked in stood in line and then left as well when they saw the complete incompetence going on... avoid this one.

I’ve been to this Dunkin many times, and I’ve had good experiences in those times but today was terrible. They were insanely understaffed and made me and my girlfriend’s coffee terrible. I didn’t taste a single drop of anything I ordered, very disappointed.
