I came in to order a coffee. I was not greeted and largely ignored. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Finally, the employee looked at me and looked annoyed, then took my order. No greeting, no thank you. This is a location that i definitely would not recommend!
They do not want your business!!

I have to give a huge shout out to Sabrina! She waited on me at the driveway and was so polite and kind. She had no idea I was having a bad morning and she gave me the sweetest compliment. So nice to see younger kids being amazing.

I stopped by Dunkin Donuts when I was feeling extremely thirsty, and I’m so glad I did.

Jonathan and his colleague were incredibly helpful, taking the time to help me find the perfect drink to quench my thirst. They were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied.

It’s not every day you receive that level of service at a quick-stop location, so huge thanks to Jonathan and the team for turning a simple visit into a great experience!

The morning of 4-25-25. This was the worst managed restaurant I've ever been in in my life! I was second in line but waited 12 minutes and then finally left. Three other people walked in stood in line and then left as well when they saw the complete incompetence going on... avoid this one.

I’ve been to this Dunkin many times, and I’ve had good experiences in those times but today was terrible. They were insanely understaffed and made me and my girlfriend’s coffee terrible. I didn’t taste a single drop of anything I ordered, very disappointed.

There is times where there’s the best workers that I love how awesome a service they provide for a simple drive-thru then there’s the snob ones that think there job is so crucial. Listen, I’ve been in the food industry before. I get that it’s busy or when it’s so slow. But ain’t no way on a Monday @11am NO ONE inside or thru drive thru that can make that rude lady give attitude and be a snob. You’re literally complaining over what? I match energy, don’t ruin ur day. Fake it. Welcome to working at Dunkin.

I couldn’t find a Lower rate than 1 star ⭐️ store closes at 8 pm but they’ve locked the doors when we arrived around 6:30 pm - we knocked the door but they ignored as obliviously they didn’t want anyone to come in before their closing shift - I had to walk to drive through window and told them to open the door as my kids needed to use the bathroom.

We also ordered bagel bites and he said the oven of “off” and I asked if it’s broken and he said it’s off - asked him why as the door sticker says it closes at 8 pm but they close earlier and he said that’s what they do all the time -

And also the second worker who you can see at the drive-through window in pivtyre, the lady, was on the phone, most of her time, talking with her friend with inappropriate language while my kids were in the store, she was even ignoring a drive-through customer for 3 to 4 minutes Did not pick up her headphones to talk with the customer but continue to talk with her friend.

This message is for your owner - I’m sure you would not want your store to get run this way - change it please - this is deceiving customer

5 stars is for the manager. She keeps the place beautifully clean and you can tell she takes pride in her store. Employees gave me the wrong order and before I even got back to the counter she approached me to make sure my order was ok and made it right. Thank you

20 bucks for a tiny amount of food that tastes like dishwater or soap. Gross.
Never really ate at dunkins and now will not ever. America thrives on garbage ? ?
Nothing against the service because it's the greedy dunkins fault not someone trying to survive off pennies and over labored.
Could you imagine working at McDonald's with only 1 other employee and the same amount of customers....for 12 bucks an hr?? I'd be bitter too and probably quit.
Pretty sad and pathetic these mega food chains. Even the smaller places are the same now money money money first then me second ?.
Don't forget gotta hold that first paycheck lol. Quit be a person of faith
