Great ramen and the yaki soba was tasty. Friendly staff. All plates were disposable and no ramen soup spoons available, I would’ve liked to finish my broth but it was difficult with a small plastic spoon. The Beer flight and sake varieties were fun and tasty. Overall, great flavors and a fun place to check out.
Was in the area and figured to try this place out. The hostess and waitress were friendly. We had the tan tan and tonkotsu ramen. The pork in my ramen was juicy, flavorful, bringing out the flavor of the broth and there was such a good portion of pork as well because some places like to be stingy with meats. I'm 53 years old, .. been around. This place has the best of everything: atmosphere, handmade cuisine cooked up by a knowledgeable Japanaphile., there's a small arcade with top choice games,.. (tron, joust, mortal combat..). House made everything. (Noodles, in house beer, and Sake.). Did it mention Sake?,...fresh Sake with brewers active yeast negori style.. best I've had in America!
