Joe Bosco Authentic Smokehouse BBQ is a charming restaurant that offers great food and atmosphere. The owner is friendly, and the ribs are a standout dish. The burnt ends and pork belly combo is amazing, especially when paired with their delicious cornbread. The place is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
Customers praise the authentic BBQ, with the best ribs they've ever had, and the friendly staff. The atmosphere is great, with a cool-looking place and accommodating staff. While some customers found certain dishes, like the smoked chicken gumbo and "big mess" dish, to be a bit lacking, overall the reviews are very positive, with customers saying the food is absolutely delicious and the service is great.
The restaurant is known for its delicious brisket, moist and succulent, as well as its outstanding hush puppies and cornbread. The Mac n cheese and wings are also highly praised. Customers have enjoyed the family-run business, which takes pride in quality, and the owner/manager who is attentive and caring. The peach cobbler and homemade ice cream are also mentioned as must-try desserts.
This spot in the Poconos is a must-visit for those seeking authentic and tasty BBQ.
