Place is okay, definitely feels out of place in an area like this. Sake, as the star of the show, was underwhelming. Junmai and plum were watered down, dry hopped was whatever, and bourbon aged was not good. Other beer also tasted watered down. The yaki soba was good, but didn't need all of that mayo. The kimchi could use more flavor as well. All in all, drinks need to be fixed. Idk if there was an issue with the batch we got, but I wouldn't recommend to my friends for...
This place is a hidden gem. The drinks were either good or interesting. The food was AMAZING. Apparently the chef trained in Japan. Was so full of flavor. There are board games and arcade games, I even think a stage for Karaoke and open-mics. Super underrated.
Food is insanely good, I will definitely be dreaming about the Yaki Soba it was impressively delicious. We also got the Udon which was also really enjoyable. We came for the first time, on the outset presents as very hole in the wall place, but we were seriously impressed with how good the food was. Also can’t go wrong with a saki flight. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend!
