Although this location is under construction, the counter staff is very weak and unlike any other Duncan location I've been to. They said my app money would not work and I ended paying twice. The money was subtracted from my app and my credit card. I was charged twice. The mood of the employee was awful.
This Dunkin just went through a lengthy overhaul to the building but unfortunately not the service. This location has always been very slow at moving orders. In the last week I've had issues on 2 separate days. On a Sunday morning they were out of Carmel and French Vanilla syrups. My Snakin Bacon was also ice cold.
