Poorly run it would seem. A young lady counting coins at the register didn’t look up when we walked in, and after waiting a while she left without greeting us. We waited a few more minutes, a young man came out and took our order, our food and drinks came out quickly. Food was as expected, the coffee was weak. Out of toilet paper, and the young man at the register told us there was none to restock. Called and left a message at the customer service number posted at the register...

This location may be struggling or it might just be the day I was there. They are friendly but I believe they are understaffed. The good news is I actually stopped in mainly for the bathroom and that was clean and nice. I ended up deciding not to order my drink because of time.

Inly 2 tables were occupied when we came in. Interesting layout, not like other dunkins.
The coffee for my husband was cold. For me , it was a drinkable temperature.
After going to a batista to ask to warm me my husband's coffee, he instantly replaced it with really hot coffee.
