Stopped in for an ice cream treat on Friday afternoon around 3 pm. First clue should have been the backed up drive thru. Second clue should have been dirty vestibule and dirty glass and door handles. Ice cream freezers still had the over night covers on them. Menu boards not working and since ice cream was covered we had to ask clerk what flavors they had. She didn't understand the question. When we finally ordered, she had to ask a fellow worker what size cup to use for two scoops...read full review
Literally the employee told me they weren't trained to serve ice cream so they are closed. Took a drive for this with gas like it is to only be turned away because someone doesn't want to scoop ice cream. I asked when it was open and she said depends who's working. Absolutely wasted time.

Stopped for Ice Cream today and was told they are not trained on Baskin Robbins and also do not have most of the items from the menu other then ice cream.I had to pay for the ice cream before I was even allowed to see the flavors which was not a big deal but an inconvenience..Seems like the new management is just as poor as the old management. The cashier was nice enough all things considered, not really her fault the buisness is run like this.
