The first time o ever came here one of my exs took me but I fell in love with the food especially the ramen. I live 1 hour away from Dickson and sometimes I will drive up just to have ramen. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is fast, I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for my food. The food is absolutely amazing and I recommend this place to everyone who’s never heard of it. I also find it peaceful here.

The staff is nice enough and seem to be trying but the food just isn't very good. The ramen broth was flavorless. The two sauce options for yakisoba and bowls are both overly sweet and overly salty. The grilled salmon (I should have known better) was gross. It was on par with mediocre food court fare. It didn't help that the tables were sticky and the trash was piling up.

I've been eating here since high school, at 23 now my pallet has matured and here's what I have to say about 570 Ramen:
Starting with atmosphere, the interior looks like a strip mall Chipotle honestly; not super interesting, but inoffensive. Ample seating in the dining area, LoFi music and pop hits are what plays on the radio. Kitchen is completely visible so you can watch them do their thing while you wait for your food.
Service is fantastic; I've bantered with the owner of the place pretty much every time I come in, and she's awesome. All business, but she remembers her loyal customers which I can respect given how many faces she probably sees every day.
The food itself is awesome, but only if you know what you're getting. Me personally, I stay away from the "Original" and "Vegetable" ramen broth flavors. The shio broth, at least in my opinion, has far and away the most flavor. You can't go wrong with the rice bowls or the yakisoba noodles, but with the ramen I would personally steer clear of the vegetable or original broth flavors, as the me they were pretty dull and lacking in flavor. My favorite ramen is the Shio ramen with braised pork belly, for the smokey flavor the tender meat adds to the broth. They also leave out chili oil on the side which I personally love.
Overall, I give this place a 4/5, only because I believe they lack with their original ramen broth flavor, and they lack in terms of relevant add-ons. For example, I would not pay the $3 they charge for a soda, but I would absolutely pay $5-$6 for a cup of boba, but they don't serve boba despite it being paired with ramen quite often. And I feel like they could spruce up the interior a little bit...it's looked exactly the same since the place opened years back. Not necessarily a problem, it's a very clean interior and atmosphere, but it's so minimalist that it becomes boring.

I order this almost every week, every time I get skimped on the meat with a Teriyaki bowl. I guess it depends on who is cooking because this time I had only about 5 small tiny pieces of steak. paying 15 for rice and veggies but it’s so delicious. Maybe twice I’ve gotten a good portion but it’s always different not really sure why but it makes me upset :((((((
