Basilico's Pizzeria

The tortellini soup was made to order and the broth tasted so delicious definitely recommend, I’ve also had the buffalo pizza and garlic knots both amazing!! 🤩

Today we waited approx. 90 minutes for one tray of plain pizza for a party of 4. The manager on duty thinks this is perfectly fine as he did not apologize when I went looking for him to complain. He snapped at me instead telling me that they got busy. Gee imagine that a restaurant getting busy. Our server was Christina. WE semi regularly patronized this business. Today our relationship ended. If they changed owners, they need to adjust their attitude towards paying customers. If they did not, they might want to have a conversation with the on duty manager from today about a customer's time being valuable too and an apology goes a LONG way to foster good will. The amount of time we spent waiting for one pizza is ridiculous. There are a lot of other Italian restaurants out there.

Not the cheapest around but their food is absolutely top notch.

I have to go with 2 stars for the food. When you make chicken Marsala you have to season the chicken. The chicken had no flavor. The chicken was over cooked and rubbery

The waitress was good. The reason it’s not 4-5 stars is because we ordered a pizza and it did not come out. Everyone was done eating and the pizza came out 15 minutes later so our guest had to watch everyone eat.

I’ve had really good pizza and sandwiches here. I will come back for that but not the meals.

Best pizza I have had in the area since moving to NEPA. Service was polite, atmosphere is local strip mall restaurant. Only complaint is that the server never once refilled or beverages. (2 of 4 people at my table were drinking water.) It was a week night and only a couple tables were seated so it wasn't because they were super busy.

Ordered door dash called ahead let them know the vegan cheese pizza was for someone with a milk allergy so they wouldn't cross contaminate. I guess they didn't care cause the girl got really sick. I just tried calling them (3 min after they closed) to ask if there was parm cheese in there red sauce or any potential milk products and they picked up the phone then hung it up. Unacceptable I'll never order there again. On top of it the food everyone agreed wasn't that great way too much garlic not enough flavor otherwise

As soon as we walked in, you can tell the guy in the counter wasn’t even in the mood to take an order so then we ordered then I asked him if we could just sit anywhere and he said if you order here pay now and you sit literally right in front here just rude so we sat down. tables were dirty, and we had to get up and get our own food. They didn’t bring it to the table. The pizza was also very very soggy.
