I have been coming here the past few months, usually good service. The other day me and my nephew came by and we had a terrible experience with your server Brianna. I went to use the bathroom she was in there on the phone talking about getting drugs dropped off to her, why would i feel comfortable eating here if my server is messing with drugs in the bathroom and then going to serve my food?

We stopped in for slices on the go late on a Wednesday night. I've never had Basilico's before and just wanted to try it. It just wasn't good. The crust was too thin and tasteless. The sauce was tasteless too. I won't be coming back, it wasn't worth it.

A 2 strar review for now due to having some of the worst service I have ever seen. This is a place you'd see on bar rescues. The restaurant layout is awful, and no waitresses were there to greet us. We ended up ordering at the counter, where they forgot to give me my food, didn't give us plates, and didn't even offer to seat us in the back. It was a disorganized mess, and was genuinely hilarious how bad a restaurant could be managed and layed out. The bar and main seating is hidden all the way in the bacl.However, it's getting 2 stars, because the food was at least pretty damn good. The pizza was fantastic and I enjoyed the authentic chicken cutlets. If this place got it's staff and management together, it would be unstoppable.I will come back one day, and happily update this review if we have a better time.

This place sucks! Don't eat here! I got a slice of veggie Sicklian and the dough wasn't cooked. I also got the Chicken Parm and I wish i sent it back. The chicken wasn't cooked and the sauce and pasta were so bland. This place should be shut down! Im so disappointed not only that but its over priced 60 bucks for food that taste as if it came out of a frozen box. DISGUSTING! yelp made me give a stat but honestly they don't deserve 1 star.

Hands down, the best NY style pizza in the area. The garlic knots are amazing...get some!! And he's always got real Juniors cheesecake there, too!

The customer service is completely ridiculous here. I gave the lady a 20 and only gave me 5 bucks back on a 6 dollar bill. Her response was there is a cash up charge and I’m like that don’t make sense at all. Took about 10 min to get my money back. Then they started chatting in the corner couldn’t understand them Italians prob saying slurs to me. Them typical Italians. I would never eat here again horrible service and food and overpriced.
