WRONG ORDER! It's December, and while doing our holiday shopping, we decided to stop at this Chick-fil-A location. We placed a mobile app order for our usual Deluxe Sandwich. Unfortunately, we received the WRONG ORDER, which included items we don't eat. This is unacceptable, especially given the price we paid. We expect better accuracy and attention to detail. 0/5

Parking: They have people come up to your car and take your order. You pay the people at your car and hope that by the time you get to the window, your order is correct. Mine was not. I understand they are trying to save people time but maybe focus more on getting orders correct. This is just a basic fast food chain, after all.
The workers at this chick-fil-a are wonderful, specifically Juan. He is the kindest young man, every time I am there he always calls me and my friends āmissā. He is also always so eager to help clean up food, or help if there are any problems. The food at this chick-fil-a is also great. The food is always so hot and fresh!
Britlyn was wonderful do you know people are allowed to have a bad day I put a negative post on here about her from about a couple weeks ago and I had the encounter of meeting her again today. Some people think you can point out things to them and they do everything, they can to better themselves I believe thatās what she did or I couldāve very well read wrong. She was so kind and professional and considerate when I was there about an hour ago. I had no choice but to delete my negative review.
