My family of 5 and I went to chilis on a Sunday. It’s busy as expected. The hostess tells us 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, she tells a family of 11 that they are next in line that clearly walked in after us. We ask the hostess to make sure that we’re next and she said that they need to put two tables together to sit them….. mind you they came atleast 10 min after us !!!!! The hostess then told us she can’t “estimate” the time. It was complete chaos. There was 3 open tables but not enough waitstaff to seat. I personally will never be dealing with chilis again. Especially because the food is not even worth the aggravation.

Our wonderful server Sydney was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. She set us up with our rewards program, our food came out at incredible speed and tasted amazing. Truly felt God in this Chili’s tonight!

They always skimp. Ordered the fajitas and they gave me like a teaspoon worth of pico de gallo. Ordered the avacado burger and there skimped on the toppings. I don’t think the food is worth the price.

Food is OK but too expensive. $82 for a Shrimp Fajita, Chicken Sandwich and Mozzarella Sticks!!

Server was very nice but there were servers hanging out at the host station talking and on their phones while my husband and I tried to eat very rude (we were by the host station) and the food was cold when it came fries were so mushy and after we ate there my husband and I have been down with stomach aches don’t ever eat here!!!!!!
