This Chili's is a bit unique with The Office themed decor. The food and service was excellent. I'll definitely come back.

We came Monday, they were out of many items. Sides were severely minimal on my plate, and my girlfriends also mentioned her quesidillas were nearly completely missing meat and was mostly just BBQ sauce. They probably should have been closed or let us know at the entrance how many options they were out of or going to be skimpy with. 🤷‍♂️

They will probably be better on another day but I don't think I am coming back anytime soon.

This was the second time here. First time was terrible. Service was bad and food was cold. Figured they had a bad day and would give them another chance. It was very busy and we had to wait 45 minutes for a table. We specifically asked for a table and said no booth due to physical limitations. Waited 45 minutes and were led to a booth. We said we can’t use a booth and were told oh I didn’t understand so now it will be a longer wait. Then the incompetent host with no customer service skills told us he would have a table for us as soon as it was cleaned but we should go stand outside and wait out there. That’s when we left. Never to return. This location needs new management or something.

Food was terrible! I specifically asked for my steak to be well done and my food was bought to me rare! I asked the waitress to please bring it back to cooked to well done and yet my steak still was rare. I don’t know why I expected this place to be like the chili’s I use to eat at in New York but never again will I go to the Dickson city 🌶️ oh yea and the broccoli was over cooked and very dry 😒

I want to start off by saying that the food was amazing. 10 out of 10, absolutely delicious, hot, and fresh. We ordered the trio appetizer, and the fajitas.

My issue was with the service. My husband and I went for dinner on a Wednesday. The restaurant was not super busy. We waited 10+ minutes to be acknowledged, let alone place a drink order, after we were seated. Our appetizer and entrées arrived back to back about 20 min after that. We had to ask for cutlery and straws and napkins. I’m pretty sure we saw the runner more than our waitress. Then, as I was doing the after visit survey, our waitress came by and made a remark about how I’m writing a novel. It made both my husband and I very uncomfortable and came across as unprofessional.

OMG everything was so salty, and the bathroom was crazy one urinal and one toilet for the amount of people in this restaurant iis unacceptable. How did it ever pass code.

Literally a dream come true. The only chilis ill ever go to again. The server was incredibly friendly, took our pic in the booth and indulged our office joy

Not your parents chilis...it's all processed and microwaved...the fajitas are sterile tasting and the chicken tender dippers are ho hum...the only good thing was the French fries. Wait staff was friendly but the food was bland. Portions were ok, so it's a one time deal for us, sorry to say. No pics of food, wasn't worth it.

Food came very cold. Food runners need to step up fr. The waitress was super pleasant and it was most certainly not her fault but everyone else was a joke.

That was the only reason I went

It was good, overall. Clean restaurant and friendly service. The salsa was really watery though, would not order that again. Wish the lights were more dim to give more of a restaurant vibe, but overall it was a good experience. Loved my brisket quesadilla and my husband enjoyed his fajita.
