Bee coming to this location somewhat consistently for the last 6+ months. The negative reviews do not match my experience. Staff is friendly and quick. Portions and quality are consistent with any other Chipotle, which I generally really like!

I visited this location at 4:45 on 1/6 and the food was terrible. There was no seasoning in anything, chicken, guac an rice included, as well as the rice being extremely hard. Idk how they can serve that to people. Im not sure if it because it was a shift full of men but someone needs to be trained again.

I had to come inside the restaurant to pick up my order , even though they put the takeout orders on the counter right by the drive-thru window.

I am regular Customer and one of Fav Restaurant chain in USA. But today I totally frustrated and not happy about the service and Food availability. I visited at 9:10pm and most of the items were not available and Juices were empty. When I asked for it one the employee was telling it’s over but they billed for the cups. Not happy at all. I think Chipotle quality is going down in all ways 😒

Don’t order online, you will get no food. I can’t emphasize this enough. I ordered extra rice, extra beans, and extra cheese. The management is also mean to the staff it seems like.

Not even edible. Rice is hard as a rock & it’s freezing cold!! I eat in & get take out from this location often. It takes a lot for me to complain & idk how people working found this acceptable to serve to someone.

Don't order delivery your food will be cold and if you order 2 of the same item such as a burrito with different fillings in each they will label them wrong and the size of their burrito is waybto small for the price honestly save your money

Mobile order was ready 10 minutes after the ETA. Burritos weren’t labeled. Staff kept chatting while I waited to ask about the status.

The crew that worked Oct 3, around 12pm, were amazing, polite, food was fresh, hot, very presentable crew. Efficient service, and great hospitality. Love this crew. I ordered a bowl and it was amazing. The best I've had. I come there weekly

They have a pickup shelf for online orders that they don't bother to use and don't inform the customer of this. They keep your order a half hour past the pickup time until you complain then treat you like trash.
