Do not order delivery from here. Half the bowl is missing and it doesn’t matter if you paid for extra protein, you won’t get it. I’ve ordered from here several times and it’s always the same

Ordered on door dash, all rice and cheese, no meat, ice cold. Worst Chipotle experience.

I’m a very frequent customer here and never have any problems for the most part. The one manager there refused to give me more rice even though i am paying for it….. The portion of rice was not enough too feed my dog as a meal I was utterly appalled. I tried to have the other manager make my meal, he was a taller gentleman who honestly was trying to make the situation better. The one shorter female manager refused to give me her name and I personally don’t think she should be in management acting like that. I ended up refusing to have them make my food with the sized portions they were trying to give me. If she hasn’t seen who needs smaller portions than pardon me, It’s called a gym.

Nearly 30% of the whole bowl is missing. Either they filled less quantity or something else. Plus I checked the utensils mark when I placed order but it came with none of that plus no napkins. I highly recommend you to avoid going to this chipotle.

Once again I came to this place and Once again they don't have steak or chicken and the stainless steel counter is dirty with food particles a great way of getting someone sick with cross contamination or basically food poisoning I don't know how this place can still be open and to top it off how do you run out of chicken and steak especially during the weekend this place is a joke and the manager should be fired speed of service sucks and the employees have the nerve to have a attitude when you ask them why they're isn't any specific meats for their salads and burritos. Corporate will be made aware of this. This location is terrible and a joke I won't be returning.

I visited this restaurant today at 4pm and received two blowout burrito specials from them. Funny thing is you don’t even have to ask for the special you can just get it, now especially if you order their sofrita m, but no worries you can get it with other proteins.

You also have the pleasure of listening to the manager yell at his staff to get more white rice, and he dances around while your order is being made. He might even hold you up at check out, because his line just cleared up and he doesn’t care about your food quality. But ask him he says no cap his food won’t be served cold, JK only in the blowout special burritos, because if you douse a tortilla in a cold soppy liquid it won’t be cold at all.

You can even hear him yell at the cashier to go clean the lobby before you’re checked out! Because the customer that’s there right now isn’t important.

And if you call to complain you’re told you have to come back for a refund, you do and this brilliant manager stares at you for five minutes and says hE dIdNt sPeAk tO yOu on the phone.
