Chipotle Mexican Grill

Really disappointed with the experience. Not sure if it was just a bad day, but based on how things were run, I won’t be coming back to this location!!!!
They overpriced the food!!! You ask for a little be more as they don’t give you what they supposed to give!!!! And charge you extra!!!
$18.00 just for a chicken bowl!! Ridiculous… horrible location and horrible staff…….

Lightskin girl at the counter tried to give me one scoop of rice and then i asked for double chicken; she gave me 2 small scoops and when i mentioned that it didn’t appear to be double, i’d like more… she gave me some funky look. Horrible. Paid for “triple chicken” and probably ate 8 ounces of chicken, MAYBE… store was surrounded by lantern flies (the girl at the register was still worse than the bugs).

Went here on the night of Monday, the 11th of August. Workers told me they had no chicken, no white rice. Bolocks.

Guess what an armed robber storms the store, knocks out one austrailian mate with the butt of his pistol, then comes over to me. I'm shivering in my timbers I am.

One brave Chipotle worker leaps out like a full leap, I'm telling you. At least 7 metres of air time on that lad. Catches him in the jaw. Straight up rocks it.

The cuts of vegetables were not like the other Chipotle, they were bigger, and lacked cordiality.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle in Dickson City, PA. My family (six of us) came in about 20 minutes before closing after a long day at the hospital with my grandfather in the ICU. They were completely out of chicken, but we still ordered.

By the time we got our food — about 5 minutes before closing — the cashier, one of the servers, and even the location manager told us we could not eat there because they were cleaning and wanted us to leave immediately. No compassion, no understanding, and very cold attitudes.

I understand closing time policies, but this was handled in an unprofessional and rude manner. A little kindness and flexibility would have gone a long way. We won’t be returning to this location.

Second time in a row going to this specific (Dickson city) and my rice was hard and so much fatty pieces of chicken couldn’t even eat it! Tried to call the restaurant and wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone smh. Its my favorite place to eat and lately it’s disappointing.

Bad food and a mess inside sadly

This location is nasty! Every time I've visited this location, it is dirty. Food always on tables and the floor. Even when slow, it's always dirty.

The other thing I hate, you can wait at the front counter for minutes. No one will even acknowledge you. When they finally do, it isn't Hi, how are you? Its, what can I get you?

Food is good service is iffy, atmosphere is nice. Just note that prices change. If I order a rice bowl with chicken the price of the food can be anywhere from $15 to $20 for no reason. Portion sizes are never the same or decent for that matter. If you wanna work here they will make you wait outside if you show up on time. And expect for the interviewer to show up 30 minutes late.

Place has decent food but 3 bowls for 40 bucks and you dont even get a decent portion like everything I got can fill half the bowl they give you for the price you pay should get damn near a full bowl of food

The most skimpiest serving I've ever seen from a Chipotle. This is horrible. Why would you not change this, so many reviews on bad portions. the employees were nice though.
