The service and the food were OK although the food was a little on the salty side. The sad part is this restaurant was filthy The table top, the chairs, the floor, the countertops, windows, you name it. It was dirty! Even the cooking area was a mess! trash cans were overflowing. The self Serve drink area was not only dirty but everything was empty! I believe the only option was water or sprite. There are no excuses for the poor condition of this restaurant! Will not be returning.

I ordered a chicken bowl through the app for delivery and payed $21.40 for this. The portion it’s just half of the bowl. It seems they just threw the food in there with no care at all. My order didn’t came with a fork or spoon. Just horrible

A good serving of everything I wanted on my salad. It was fresh and delicious. I love Chipotle, and this one had great service, was fast, and provided a good amount of food for the cost.A great place for lunch.

I recommend you eat somewhere else. Or maybe travel to Clarke summit Chipotle. Poor management and half the staff is lazy. Feel badly for the people they overwork. You can tell they rotate through new workers.ALSO never prepared when running out of food. They may not have what u want

I walked in and try to order a chicken quesadilla. I was told I have to order that online for pick up.I did order a steak burrito... everything in the trays looked like itd been sitting all day. So I will be throwing that burrito in the trash!.

This place never has what I want. If they're not out of grilled vegetables, they're out of something else. Historically, I have enjoyed Chipotle, but this location is a disgrace. It has been for at least 2 years.Today, I waited in line for 8 minutes to get to the order counter and be told, "We only have chicken or sofritas." No al pastor, no steak, no carnitas, no brown rice, no grilled vegetables. This was 6:00 pm on a Monday.There was no signage or employee to announce that 1/3 of the menu was unavailable. This place is run so poorly - it's an embarrassment.When they have what I want on the rare occasion I stop in, the food is fine, and that's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

Every time I go to this location there is always a problem. No sour cream, no pork, no this no that! I saw the pull the food and say we need to save that for online orders. Are you kidding me? If online orders are such a priority maybe the restaurant needs to remove tables a seats because I feel vexed when I’m here. McDonald’s would never run out of onions or cheese anything for that matter!!!!

It does not matter what time of day you come to this play , the inside will always be a absolute mess. The restrung being a mess is the only constant thing about it . They gave me no protein at all. If you would like somthing to eat do not go here.

Dear Chipotle,It's Friday night at 5:30 and my daughter wants a quesadilla. We convince her that she should try chipotle, because the quality is better than what she was asking for (Taco Bell). We walked in and it was busy but we were still able to walk right up to the counter. I went to order her a quesadilla only to be told it needed to be done online. No big deal; technology makes things run more efficiently. However, there was no way to know this before ordering AND there was limited sevice and I couldn't even download the app. I did buy chips and queso, but we left and spent our money at Taco Bell down the road instead. Maybe have like an ordering station or someone that can take the order for the customer? Also, this has to be a fairly new thing bc I used to watch them make quesadilla's and it's not that big of a deal. What a completely unnecessary process with no notice. Only some stuff has to be ordered through the app? How are we supposed to know which stuff??

This employer obviously has a very high turnaround rate.The tables were not cleaned and the floor was not swept properly.The grill was so greasy and smoking that I could see it from the cashier's box.The front end was also out of the seasonal promotion food, Carne Asada. The only heat in the bowl came from the Tabasco sauce I added.Get something or SOMEONE working properly in there NOW.The only reason I gave this a very generous one star is the salsa was delightful and the cashier was decent.
