They are just terrible. Little the one worker was so busy talking not paying attention to the entrance. Then said can you wait a second so she can return to talk, until she saw a lady with a blue shirt walk towards her direction, to turn back to me and say I can take you now. It’s ridiculous. Their trampoline sucks, that’s why no kids jump on it. It’s always closed, overly strict and boring. And their jungle gym is dismantled just taking up space and technically a hazard itself just laying on the floor with plastic wrap, like kids won’t touch it or put the plastic in their mouth. You guys are just waiting for a lawsuit with how nonchalant and choking hazards you laying around not even any signs saying no touching , caution, no boarding while you’re waiting to assemble it. It’s just laying their unattended no surveillance,. So if a kid chokes I hope you get sued because of laziness. It’s not even profitable if you look at how empty the trampoline usages is compared to other areas in the state.

I'm an adult and I love this place as much as my kids do. So much fun. You can get deals on play time at a great price. If I lived closer I would definitely buy the summer play pass. Great selection of games and Chuck comes out to dance with the kids. He also throws tickets for them to grab. We usually don't eat here but the food looks good. We love cashing in our winnings for prizes. Good family place. Something to do for all ages here. I like that they stamp everyone's hand in the group to make sure no child leaves with a stranger. Safe, clean and fun!

I was totally disappointed when I got there and I got my food. The food was so horrible. I ordered the combo number three which is like 40 something dollars with a large pizza two drinks and wings, pizza nasty the wings, undercooked, and raw.I Usually go to Chuck E. Cheese all the time in Jersey City on 440 the pizza there is delicious good customer service always smiles on the employees faces. This one it was empty. The food was nasty. It looked dry in there like look like we wasn’t wanted. I spent $66 and it was garbage.

Arrived at 7:32, brought the kids inside for them to tell us that the kitchen closes 90 minutes before closing time. Could not find that information anywhere, but how can you tell your kids that they can't play once you're inside. We let them play for a half hour and now we are going to eat somewhere else.

WE LOVE CHUCK E CHEESE! Its always so clean in there, the food is surprisingly delicious, hot and made fresh. The girls who work there are all very friendly and nice. We're regulars there, definitely download the APP for extra savings !

I love that they stamp as you come in to make sure family safety.
Honestly the wilkes barre location is closer to me but I chose the dixson city location for my daughter's ninth birthday party (regardless they are both over an hour from my home) because it is much cleaner and better managed. This was the first time I had a birthday party package however and I was extremely satisfied with it. The kids had a blast and I would do it again in a heart beat!

It's always clean. The staff are always so polite and helping. Constantly do I see them cleaning tables. Chucke comes out a lot to see everyone around the games. All games are always working too. Food is good. If you don't want to pay a lot look into the monthly subscriptions on their website, you get 50% off food prices with it too.
