I have never encountered a ruder bunch of employees than here at this Chuck E Cheese in Dickson City. They all seemed to be inconvenienced by patrons being there and asking questions or asking for help (which is why they are there!). It’s absolutely unacceptable especially for a place of business that caters to children! One employee that had black and green hair was extremely rude to the children while in the adventure area. I watched her continuously give the children dirty looks and she was scowling the entire time we were there. From the lack of help, to improper information given to patrons and the attitudes from the employees, I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs! I have been to other Chuck E Cheeses and have never felt so uncomfortable having my child at this establishment! If I hadn’t planned a party and put the deposit down I would have walked right back out just due to the employee behavior alone. The party hosts weren’t engaging, they looked lost and were hard to find 95% of the time. Honestly, save yourself the total disappointment and waste of money, avoid this place!

A lot of employees standing around and I had to ask the manger to have the salad bar stocked. Also Should be a fence around the bounce house that you have to pay extra for. So the employees aren’t grabbing your child and taking them out. Little children don’t know they can’t go in . Also nobody was at the entrance to even check our hands when we left. A lot of employees but none to be seen when leaving.

I bought a package from Groupon. When showed the staff my coupon, she asked me pay extra $54 dollars, I told her the coupon includes everything, she asked me to call Groupon. It ended up she did not know how the coupon works. Btw, she is the manager, very unprofessional and bad attitude. Also, there are very limited selection of game. Not recommend.

Lady at counter very nice but other lady different story..... There were no kids at the jungle gym and no one watching and when I asked to watch my 11 month old play inside after paying 15 dollars she said he had to play himself and I can't go in to help and watch him.(she said if he goes down the slide only then she'll let me get him... Dude he's less then a year old you think he's climbing a jungle gym himself up steps and I will patiently wait for him and catch him as he miraculously slides down???) Ummmmmm.... Why do you have xx small socks for this age if parents can't take care of them? And why won't you let especially when there isn't a soul in sight? Besides that could've been nice time... Also couple of arcades broken...
At 8:05 p.m tried purchasing 45 min play card and couldn't because in their math 8:05pm plus 45 min is past 9:00p.m LOL So they only allowed me to purchase a 30 min card So MR OWNER YOUR EMPLOYEES JUST COST YOU MONEY, MAYBE HAVE A LITTLE TALK WITH THEM

We were just there for a party and Cat was our birthday host. She need an amazing job with meeting all our needs. The kids had a great time. Having to pay extra for the play place is a bit of a bummer thou.

I brought my granddaughter to play but the overly restrictive rules and guard posted at the trampoline zone was over the top!! She could only jump on one of the three trampolines in an enclosed area and she was the only child in there! The very young girl who was guarding the area was less than nice. Only 3 children at a time on the trampolines and they had 2 minutes to jump!! I thought this was a place for children to play and have fun but instead I spent my time watching the guard who is a child herself closing the trampoline and play area after some children left to play games. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND THE TRAMPOLINE/PLAY AREA IS SHAMEFUL!!
