Every single time we go there they always mess up our order and or don’t care to listen to the order making everything confusing and annoying DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL MESS UP WITHOUT FAIL

My husband and I stopped today for a holiday coffee. They are literally out of everything. I wanted a signature cookie butter cloud latte they were out. He wanted a mocha mint coffee they were out. He switched to the shaking espresso. He said I tasted like a regular house coffee. He flipped out. I personally go to dunkin every morning with my coworkers he only goes twice a year for holiday or vacation. He is so upset over the experience. They were so slow. Waited 10 plus mins to order. Waited10 mins at the window for the coffees to be handed out. When husband went in they didn't even have bags for food hand out he observed them being out of munchkins out of cookies and muffin over all unbelievable terrible service terrible management definitely disappointed.

The Dickson City, PA crew members have consistently been rude for years. Today, I watched a completed order sit for over two minutes while three employees walked by without acknowledging it. When I politely asked if it was ready, I was met with a rude, dismissive response: “When it’s done, we’ll move it to the pickup station.” I pointed out that it had been sitting there completed for some time, and was met with more attitude. It seems like simply asking a question at this location results in hostility. There’s no urgency or courtesy, just reliance on a tablet system and staff who seem uninterested in completing orders promptly or in the order they’re received. The customer service here has been poor for years, and nothing ever seems to improve.
Worst service ever...no one ever attends the front counter and they leave you waiting for 10-15 minutes until you yell out for them. I've had conversations with several people on several occasions about the employees' neglect in helping customers. Not just once or twice, but ecery single time. All I ever order is a hot coffee, it takes them another five minutes to pour a cup of coffee....Rediculous!!! I will NEVER come back to this location.

The app menu when walking in is not consistent with the menu on wall at register. Cashier not aware of discrepancies. Tried explaining 3x, still didn't understand. Spent 7.19 for avocado toast and a small decaf. Guess "clean" food is $$$.

Lady with the blonde hair (manager lady) is SO rude. Took her 15 min to find pumpkin coffee flavor on the register and then told another customer who was waiting also for munchkins, told her no she didn’t want to get them. Don’t like your job, quit. Cherie is AMAZINGGGGG though. Always has been<333

Food is always cold is it that hard to cook food till it hot all the way through and no matter what my order is its never the same it's only this location. Maybe the owner needs to be here more often to keep up with quality control issues. Definitely do not recommend this location

Best Dunkin for coffee. Always tastes good and always consistent. I drive further to go to this one because I know the coffee will be on point.
Today, I placed a mobile order at 11:29am. Long story short, I didn’t get my order until 12:11pm & everything was cold?? I’ve worked in the food industry for 8 years and am always beyond patient because I know how it is to be overwhelmed and busy, but 45 minutes for 2 COLD sandwiches and hashbrowns is insane. I finally asked for a refund, the manager did not know how to do it. Instead, my food suddenly appeared and was ready so I was expected to just take the food and move on. After 45 minutes, I lost interest because no Dunkin’ donuts sandwich is worth a 45 minute wait. Being that my food was ice cold, it was obvious that it was sitting ready, behind the counter for likely 30 minutes. Like I said, I understand the food industry gets insane but do better. Even though I live 3 minutes from this Dunkin I will go out of my way to go to any other Dunkin.
