Drive thru is a joke. They should tell people to pull around when there are 4 other cars waiting for just a drink or a muffin. This should be pick up only not order 4 sandwiches and wait for them to be made.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Bagels are well priced, light and delicious.
Usually takes a while for food to be made, but it's always well worth it.
Somewhat newly updated interior building. It always feels clean and cozy. Many seating options and I love sitting near the fireplace during the cool season.
Great food that is always fresh when ordered. Prices are a little bit higher than regular fast food but its healthier. My only gripe is how long the drive through takes but a small complaint compared to the service and quality.

Went there today, 8/25, went on my lunch break which is an hour. Was told after ordering it will be a 20 minute wait. No problem... after waiting an hour, my lunch was over, my name on the board wasn't moving up, I asked if there was an update on my name and I understand they were WILD, but the manager was so rude. She said i don't even see your name on my board with an attitude, I said okay can I get a refund, I was told 20 minutes not an hour. She gave me the HARDEST TIME. don't tell me 20 minutes and make me wait an hour and act like I'm the problem. Never going back, got absolutely distrespected from the manager who told me to come back for a refund as they close at 10.
On Monday, August 26th, I went to Panera in Dickson City with my kids. While we were there, I noticed a tall, thin, bald man in blue jean overalls outside on the Panera patio, behaving inappropriately (he was feeling himself). Concerned for the many students and young children around, I reported him to the general manager. I spoke to her twice, and on the second occasion, she responded curtly, saying she couldn’t just leave her station to ask him to leave. She also mentioned that she knew exactly who I was referring to and that he was a regular customer. I wasn’t suggesting she confront him directly, but I wanted to make her aware of the situation. I don’t normally post things like this, but I feel it’s important to share so others can be cautious. It seems the restaurant is aware of what's happening but isn't taking any action.
Food was okay. It took us about 40 mins to get our food.

My wife and I came in for an early dinner on Friday (8/9). There was no one at the counter, after waiting a few minutes, and being observed by the food prep staff we used the ordering screens which didn’t quite give us the choices we wanted. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience
