“Excellent food. Not being as knowledgeable as I’d like to be about the cuisine, the young woman at the counter took her time to explain items to me. She was very patient and seemed to enjoy teaching someone about her heritage. I loved that and the food was fantastic!“

“You Need To Know? Came here based on a recommendation from a friend. Bellied up to the bar & had cold drinks & bar fare. On this occasion we had the jalapeños cheeseburger, chicken tenders & fries & cheesesteak. The food was your normal bar food, good flavors. Would like to return for some different sauces. Environment was very cool & the girls behind the bar worked very well together. Good stop for those in the Dickson City area.“

“I'm a big fan of The Office so, of course, we had to stop here on a recent trip to Scranton. The atmosphere is retro and fun and there's a booth set up like from the episode The Client that you can take photos in. The manager even took our photo. Our server was fantastic - friendly and efficient. And the food was great, too. It was a fun experience!“

Came in for their Sunday Dinner, drinks where perfect, apps great, but let’s give the meatballs a moment…maybe the best the area has to offer…and there are some really good ones in town. Perfect size, perfectly soft, really excellent. Had the spaghetti it was spot on, just right. Finished the meal with lovely desserts and house made chocolates the whole meal made me happy :)“

“BIG SURPRISE how good this place was. It's similar to the Seasons 52 concept (including the individual mini desserts in small glasses). Fresh and seasonal menu items, nearly all of which are heart healthy choices but still very good. We were a large party and our server, Lexi, was fantastic. Friendly and efficient. Reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere. Elevated casual. Definitely the best restaurant experience we had in Moosic. Highly recommend.“

“We heard about this place on NEPA Pizza Review and since we happen to be in Scranton today we stopped there to eat lunch. It's such a nice, clean place with friendly staff. We had the large pizza with sausage and it was absolutely delicious!! We'll definitely go back!!!“

“I hosted my 20th class reunion there this past Saturday and the space was perfect! They provided large round tables and chairs as well as long ones. The area was clean upon arrival and accommodated whatever we asked for. We had ~70 guests with more than enough standing room. We also had a live DJ and a photographer. I brought in cocktail table which helped bring out my vision more as I wanted limited sitting to ensure people socialized. Bartenders were super friendly and provided great customer service to my guests. 20/10 would I recommend and definitely an awesome place to host a party!“

“Phenomenal food, atmosphere & people! This place is a gem & worth the drive no matter where you're from! I took my husband for his birthday.

He had veal parmigiana w linguine & salad. I had pappardelle bolognese w italian wedding soup. The bread was warm w oil for dipping & the entrees served hot as they should be. (it was obvious that nothing was sitting waiting to come out of the kitchen)

The waitstaff are super friendly & attentive and the cocktails- a bloody mary & tiramisu martini were excellent!

Dessert was brownie ala mode w a candle & song for hubs, and tiramisu for me.

“Wow! Menu..Service..Food... Wow!

I am passing through town and saw the Viewpoint Diner on my way to the hotel. After looking it up and calling to confirm that breakfast was served all day, I headed over for dinner. As the host walked me to my booth, I saw the specials board and amazing looking meals in front of multiple patrons, and my breakfast for dinner plans went out the window. The menu is more than that of any old diner. It was a broad, colorful menu with professional pictures of most of the meals. I was immediately greeted by my waitress & her trainee but needed more time with the expansive menu. I ended up selecting Stuffed Shrimp (crab) and veggies and salad. I should have taken pictures, but I was too excited. Everything tasted as amazing as it looked, and the portions were hearty. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly. The whole experience was such a pleasant surprise! I wish I was going to be in town long enough to go back and try the breakfast.

The atmosphere was great. The exterior was well lit with awnings displaying their menu categories, the interior clean and inviting. It seemed like at least a few of the other tables were local regulars, which I consider a great thing.

My only suggestion would be that they round out their profile on Google to include the menu to help others find them. I didn't find what I was looking for there and took a gamble and won this time. 😉

If you get a chance, go! You won't be disappointed.“

“Great choices of beer selections and spirits. We love coming here because of it. However, when you’re sitting at the bar it seems all the bartenders are more concentrated on washing glasses and doing other bar clean up , rather than waiting on customers. You sit there with an empty glass forever. This has happened every time we go and it’s pretty annoying.“

My favorite ice cream of all time for over 45 years is mint chocolate chip ..I will judge an entire dairy based on one little taste of my favorite ...as you can see from the size of the scoop , I had many many little tastes and enjoyed every single one of them....smooth, creamy perfectly minty with just the right amount of chocolate! As you can also see, Shasta , my service wahwah enjoyed the heck out of her complimentary pupcup with two teeny weeny milk bone sprinkles!
Such a lovely chill spot and the color changing spoon amused me.

“We’ve been here several times, always happy with our meals but had a particularly great server experience tonite. Megan H was wonderful! She is so kind and pleasant. She is very attentive and picked up on my daughter not enjoying her lemonade(too sweet & sour) and offered to bring another drink right over. Checked on us several times and when we were too full for dessert (but my son not too full for more biscuits) offered to wrap some for him to take home. She made his night!!“

“Madison was our server, she was amazing! The gluten free pizza is dynamite. It has a nice crisp and not chewy. The regular pizza is French bread style nothing fancy but delicious. If your looking for a delicious pasta than you must order the rigatoni a la vodka, best I have ever had! This place is a must to stop at if driving through Scranton!“
