Came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. I ordered ahead on their website and the wait was about 20 minutes. The staff even apologized for the wait multiple times even though it was not their fault. We just got there early. I got the chicken cheesesteak. It was good! It's chicken and cheese so pretty basic. However, it was what I was craving so it really hit the spot. The bread was soft as well. The place itself is decently sized with a couple small tables for eating. They also offer cold foods in a refrigerated section and 2 sizes of chip... the regular snack size as well as the bigger family size. The tables were also kept pretty clean.

I had Primo's all the time in Philly and was super excited when the Dickson City location opened. However, this location was never quite up to par with all others.New ownership recently took over and my sandwich today was the top quality I had come to expect from Primo's. I'll be back - a lot!

For the price point, the quality, Primo hoagies I give five stars the service there is always good I have no complaints. The only knockout I have for this location is when you leave pulling out. It's a little difficult. It's a lot of traffic
We have tried Primos Hoagies today and I’m glad we did Because they are good! Staff is really nice and the restaurant very clean we tried the mild Italian and we liked it the bread it’s so good and the whole thing is so well season we definitely will be back in the future! This place it’s easy to find and there is plenty of parking!
Placed an order online, went to the store for pick up and my order was not made. Once they found the order they quickly made my two trays. It was a mistake that it was not completed but the team work to get it done was greatly appreciated.

Love love the hoagies Hate the app for ordering it is the worst. Very frustrating it gets stuck. Just tried to order now and it says store currently unavailable. Tried to view rewards today and it just kept spinning and said error retrieving rewards. I have never easily been able to order on the app. It locks up when you try to go to checkout. Please fix

Worst possible location. Seriously need to add another entrance/exit. Can only make a right turn into and out of the parking lot??? Very annoying and inconvenient.
