One of my fav spots. Food is delicious, the shio beef ramen is a consistent craving for me now. Service is great and the vibes are too.

I recently had lunch here, and I want to say I had very high hopes of this restaurant however, it did not live up to the hype. To start with couldn’t even tell you our waitresses name because when she came over to greet us, she did not mention her name and when she spoke, she mumbled and stood 50 feet away from us so we have no idea what her name was. She was not friendly nor pleasant. She did not seem like she wanted to be there at all to help any customer she took our order disappeared. Another waitress came over to bring us our food. We had ordered an appetizer. We asked the other waitress who wasn’t our assigned waitress where our appetizer was, and she said she would go check our waitress, never came back once to check on us to see if our food was correct if anything was wrong we needed anything not one time the entire time we were in that restaurant we had no silverware we have to ask a different woman to get us silverware and when our waitress realized we didn’t have silverware she brought silverware over after rolling her eyes and huffing at the other woman about us. I’m sorry I don’t eat with my fingers. I’m a civilized human being. Silverware is a necessity for me. The food was subpar. The steak was tough and overcooked the noodles and the rice items were very bland. The vegetables were not fully cooked. The portion size is small for the price. The shrimp appetizer was not a wasabi cream it almost tasted like coconut shrimp very bland as well. Very small. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anybody. I don’t understand you have three servers working and it’s a circus it’s chaos. Nobody knows who’s table they are taking care of who is bringing out food. The waitresses are doubling as bartenders. Meanwhile, you have the customers sitting not being checked on or taken care of, it’s terrible service, and again the food was nothing special. This place is not worth your money.
Also, to add our waitress did come over when our appetizer didn’t come out and she told us that their cook was going home for the day and forgot to make our appetizer. If that’s how they operate and they’re leaving for the day and can’t be bothered to finish an order that they’re working on they shouldn’t be working there. Terrible experience! 0/10 do not recommend.

Love the new location. The food is as wonderful as ever with expanded options such as appetizers and alcoholic beverages available. Lovely dining areas and Bar with televisions with sports.

If I could give 100/5 stars I would. Incredible ambience and wonderful customer service. Everyone's so kind and helpful. The food is unbelievably amazing. Best steak I've had in my life. Michelin star quality. I would come here 24/7 if my schedule allowed. Please don't miss out on this place it's so amazing.

We’ve been to Red Miso several times and it never disappoints! It is definitely a favorite and a gem settled among chain restaurants. We love all the appetizers but we can’t go without getting the angry chicken. The udon noodles are also excellent!

This place seems pretty pricey for what it is. The interior is beautiful and the atmosphere is nice but I just can’t justify the prices. You pay $7 for FOUR gyoza (that we also found a hair in)… I’m used to getting 5-6 per order at any other Asian restaurant I’ve gone to. The pork on the bao buns was pretty dry and seemed old. I couldn’t get myself to spend $17/$18 on some rice, dried overcooked meat, and some veggies. I really was excited to try this place but was very let down. There are much better Asian fusion options in the area.
Edit: The response from the restaurant is sad and full of excuses. Not one mention of the hair found in the food. Take responsibility, show customers you care.

Red Miso is one of my all time favorite places to eat. They have the best pork belly ramen I have ever eaten. Their chicken and rice is also good. This place is my go to restaurant and I have them on speed dial for takeout!

The miso broth is a MUST if you’re getting ramen. The matcha cocktail was different, and probably an acquired taste but it was very good. Our waitress was super sweet, kind, and was happy to offer suggestions when asked!

Overall, Red Miso is a fantastic addition to the Scranton area . I can’t wait to return and try more of their menu. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy delicious Asian cuisine in a relaxing setting, I highly recommend giving Red Miso a visit!

Service is always great. Food is yummy, but we've been a couple times now and the dishes aren't consistent enough to get 5 stars. Atmosphere is quite pleasant.

I really loved the atmosphere and the staff were friendly and attentive. The yakisoba was just not very good. The chicken was dry and overcooked and the egg was also very overcooked. The vegetables were not what I'd usually expect with yakisoba but were the best cooked part of the dish. The bao buns had a really sticky texture compared to any other bao buns I've had at any other restaurant. Both the steak and pork belly just stuck to your teeth when usually bao buns are fluffy with a nice spongy texture. I was disappointed with what I got for the price when it comes to how things were prepared. The only exception was the mushroom ravioli with miso. That dish was really unique and tasty.

We had 6 for dinner, everyone enjoyed appetizers, dinner and drinks, atmosphere was nice, service was very good, prices fair, very nice time, would definitely come again, only shortcoming was a limited desert menu, not a big deal, pretty full from appetizers and dinner, would definitely recommend
