Went in and there were few people eatting inside. We ordered food and was going to eat there. Manager thomas was eatting too, soon as we walked toward the table , thomas said we r closing so we cant eat there. Common man if he had own the tacobell then he woulnt say that but he work for a company that he dont give shit about i guess .

I came here and got the new chicken cantina taco. I just took a bite when I noticed the chicken was purple. I immediately called as I am grossed out and the “manager” was laughing on the phone, being rude, telling me that the chicken being purple has nothing to do with them, etc. being very unprofessional. I am extremely grossed out and unhappy with the way the “manager” (so she says) handled the situation.

Very clean inside- frequent here several times a month. They usually forget sour cream or other special mods, so double check your order if you do drive-thru. I am forever addicted to their Fire Sauce. Thank god they brought back fiesta potatoes and Mexican Pizza.
The food always tastes good but damn has the quality gone down while the prices go up. Like why did I order one of the new chalupas and there were exactly three pieces of steak on one and TWO pieces on the other???? Like it’s getting embarrassing. And I know it’s not the workers I’m sure they’re putting the amount they’re told to put on there but like…. two pieces of steak? Fr? ? and I added black beans on them so I wonder if they skimped on the steak because I got another protein but like why? If I’m paying the extra 30 cents for the beans? So weird. And the new loaded fries looked so big in the photo and I’m thinking oh that’s definitely worth 5 whole dollars but no. It came out and it was a tiny little platter of fried with barely any beans on it. But again it still tasted good so …. Idk
