Stopped here on the way home from Christmas vacation and it was such a pleasant experience that I had to leave a review. The Wendy’s itself was a bit out of the way from the exit, but it was easily the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my WHOLE LIFE. The cashier working the inside area was so friendly and personable. It’s my birthday today, which she didn’t know, but it felt like she did with how nice and friendly she was. GIVE HER A RAISE!!! I got a crispy chicken sandwich meal and it was hot and crispy to PERFECTION. Fresh even!! And she almost forgot my ranch and then made sure I got it and that was so touching. I was like… WOW she cares. And on my birthday too!! And she didn’t even know. Anyhoo. The fries were good too. Hot. Crispy. Salty. Delicious. Anyhoo. If you’re on the highway and want to go to Wendy’s and don’t mind going out of your way say hi to that girl for me. so good at her job she is. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!! I wonder what music was playing in her head! Bye!!

I’m not sure if I was just hungry. But this was the best Wendy’s meal I’ve had since their golden era back in late 90s 2000’s. The service was quick, atmosphere was peaceful. You guys rock.

when i walked in do get a doordash order the floors were wet and there was no signs up stating that the floor is wet. when walking through the lobby i felt my feet slipping every step i took especially in the bathroom. the bathroom floor is the WORST!!!! again no signs. that is a safety hazard if someone slips and falls and there could be a law suit. i get it it’s raining and people coming and going with wet shoes but still put signs up so people know to take precautions when walking around the restaurant. and someone needs to learn how to mop every night because it feels like there is still soap on the floor from the last time to bathroom was mopped.

Always liked This Wendy's! And now it's got a brand new look. Im so happy that unlike their competition they still carry healthy choices especially their SALADS 🥗!!!! And they have not one but several to pick from! And being a diabetic with a heart condition, having salads and your delicious baked potatoes as a choice is vital for those of us who simply need to eat healthier. Although im really sad they no longer have side salads. They were perfect when you don't have time or the appetite to eat one of the large ones plus we have to travel now that my daughter is in college so I have no way to store it if I can't finish it. But thank you Wendy's for keeping healthy choices on your menu. That truly matters to people who need or simply want to have healthy foods. You will always be my go to place for fast food!!!!

But DAWN’s crew I don’t know what you do different than the other locations but enough that I’m willing to drive way out of my way to avoid them. I just went there tonight. 530 on a Monday afternoon. It was quite busy and still every single item in my bag was correctly done and every single person that was Working was that I associated with in the drive-through treated me with respect concern and consideration. I appreciate that I complain often about takeout food, especially drive-through. It’s always sloped together and messy this location for some reason just gets it right I would even put them up at the level. I put Chick-fil-A, which there isn’t too many locations in takeout that can compare to their customer service. This would be the only one that I would say I would feel his neck and neck with their customer satisfaction thank you I can feel proud to hand my children this food tonight and also I don’t have to cook now lol God bless.

I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt but I ordered 2 biggie bags and a jbc on the side the first time the one burger was messed up they forgot our second nuggets and straws. So we go back in then they took the food then didn’t give us the jbc on the side & we were supposed to have a medium fry. The third time after we thought everything was fixed and left my bf checked his sandwich which was supposed to be chicken and it was a burger…
