My daughter got a biggie bag. A Jr bacon cheese burger. And she asked for extra ketchup . The burger had no ketchup and they didn't give her extra either. The lady was absolutely RUDE.

Had a pecan apple salad no pecans french fries were cold and my wheelchair would not fit into the handicap stall
Quite frankly I was surprised. The wait time was extensive with few people there. It used to be instant. Now they call your name after Ten (10) minutes. The employees while job capable appear to depend on one poor over worked cook to tell them what to do. Equipment had failed, it was impossible to get a load out of the lid schute for our drinks.
While the food remained at quality standards, the service, wait time, and the general cleanliness of the place was not up to par.
I've seen Wendy's do better. I know they can do better.

this wendys has their shit together for SURE. everything tastes great, not like old fryer oil. staff is friendly and the manager(pretty sure she was the manager) was great! she deserves a raise, the whole staff does!! thanks for a great experience, especially when I was expecting to be let down like every other wendys near me. Will return again when im back in the area for sure!!
