It makes me sad when I ordered those steak bowl with Mac and cheese and when I get home 20 miles later there is no Mac and cheese. Petty much ruined my whole dinner.
Not very many places you can park a truck a little bit bigger than a tri axle dump truck. But there is a place here at this location and you can quickly grab a bite to eat. Service was good food was quality expected. We'll definitely be back

I usually don’t review fast food places unless it’s extremely bad or extremely good. This wasn’t just good old Arby’s food, the atmosphere during the holidays was great, the service was kind, and the place was so extremely clean. Stopped in after a long emotional road trip, and I just felt better being here. They did a great job making this restaurant feel like a nice place.

Waited over 5 minutes attempting to order. Short on staff (3 people) and they only took orders from the drive thru. Over 6 people waited in line in the restaurant with no help.

Never again. Service was so slow my car overheated by the time I got to the window and stopped dead. I was begging for help because I'm 62 & disabled. The girl said someone would come out and nobody ever did. I had to put in N push it myself and jump in while it was moving. I got it away from the window enough for cars to pass but absolutely no one except another disabled lady my age would even try to help. I don't know what was worse, the lack of help from staff or the rude customers who were yelling at me and flipping me off. My daughter drove from Mechanicsburg to help me!!! I was scared and I'm also a cardiac patient. To add insult to injury, when I finally got to eat my sandwich, it was soggy, disgusting and so inedible even my dog wouldn't touch it. If I could give this place a negative number I would. Shame on all y'all on so many different levels. Karma, baby.

Im a regular costumer and Its the first time I experienced it.
they are promoting to use the app but they dont have a *system in this store. I tried to use my coupon from the app but the Lady told me the store doesn't have the system but others store they do . I only have card history(no receipt or anything to do a survey) 25-11-25 around 9:10pm.
In other hand the food was not as good as others stores.
*I still dont believe that they didnt have a system.
