Ordered the two ham and swiss special with medium curly fries. Took nearly 10 minutes for them to fulfill my order there was another lady standing here for a good 5 minutes after I got my food. The fries were just about cold and the sandwiches were pretty much right out of the microwave and soggy. All the while the orders were flying out of the drive-thru. On a brighter note the store itself is impeccably clean even the bathroom. And they were playing cool '80s music.

We’ve always liked Arby’s food..Each time we visit the Dillsburg Arby’s the staff is so impersonal.. They are very disgruntled, very short and a poor representation of any business that serves the public.. I’ve also always noticed they are never busy..The poor service might explain why that is!

Kinda average. Took two of my grandsons here for lunch, service was OK, not very fast. Food was pretty standard. Staff behind the counter didn't seem too happy to be there. Restaurant was bright and clean, atmosphere was good.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes and no one took my order. I and the guy in front of me finally left after being told they were too busy to take our order and it would be a bit. I'm not sure why, there was only 2 customers in line. This Arby's is by far one of the worst. Service and food wise.

This has got to be the SLOWEST Arby's I have ever experienced. The employees seem to hate it here. But the food is usually ok. The prices have gone up a lot and the sizes, especially of the drinks has gotten smaller.

This is by far one of the worst fast food locations in the area and it all really has to do with the employees. A basic roast beef sandwich will take you 10 minutes to get with 0 other orders ahead of you. Not only do the employees not seem to care, but they don’t even try to act like it when they talk to you. Most of the time when I pull up in the drive through I have to say something first. It’s like there’s nobody in charge who cares and they can do what ever they want with no repercussions. Not the type of place I feel comfortable eating at. Do better Arby’s in Dillsburg

We stopped in for a late lunch, no customers in sight, the young lady taking our order was not very congenial. Stood there and waited at least 10 minutes for our food, got tired of waiting and sat down, waited another 10 minutes or so. I went up and stood there and no acknowledgement. Girls in the back standing around doing little to nothing. I asked how long for our order, crickets. When I finally got our food the fries and the chicken wraps were stone cold. No wonder the place was empty. Wont be going back.

Oh my goodness. I have seen some bad customer service in my day, but this evening took the prize for fast food.
Girl who took our order didn't get what we were saying. Good news, they charged us for what we did get. While we were standing and watching during our 15 minute wait for two regular sandwiches, we observed:
1 customer get the wrong order of fries
1 customer having to repeat what sauces she wanted three times
2 customers who had ordered their food to go get it in a tray and have to ask for a bag; 1 who had the cashier actually bag the food, the other who had another lass just hand her the bag to do themselves
And this was the same lass who tossed our bag and the counter and mutter 'in a minute' when we asked for our own sauces.
Do yourself a favor. If you crave Arby's, head down 15 to Gettysburg and give that one a try. They may have remodeled the store in Dillsburg, but they seriously need to 'remodel' the staff and their lack of customer service.

Dillsburg, PA: Greeted by an unenthusiastic, unengaged, caustic teen voice who managed to get our order wrong in spite of several requests and clarifications. Waited almost ten minutes for a wrong order and bad attitude, and paid way too much for it.
