Just had the most miserable 2 days of my life after eating a roast beef sandwich from this place. Had a coupon, grabbed my 2 roast beef sandwiches, ate one, about an hour later I was curled up on the floor in agony periodically running for the toilet. My stomach still feels wrecked after 2 days of this food poisoning and hardly being able to eat or drink. This was the most sick I have ever felt in my life..

Service is horrible after being served cold French fries I asked for fresh was given fresh only to find out those were cold as well when I got in my car.. maybe you guys should teach your manager the difference between cold and hot..

We stopped recently at the Arby’s on Rt 15 in Dillsburg PA. Harrison at the counter recognized us as regulars and told us about an upcoming special. This was pretty amazing because we live in New York and stop “regularly” at this Arby’s on our way to and from North Carolina. What a memory, and what great customer service!
The food, as always, was great. The service is always quick, which helps because we just grab it and get back on the road.
We give Harrison special mention, but the rest of the staff is always helpful which is great because we seldom order fast food, and we don’t really know what we are doing. Thank you and stay safe!

Came here for dinner last night. It’s Arbys, you can’t go wrong with Arbys. Our food took awhile to come out. You’d think it would all be nice and fresh, right? Think again. One item was hot, one was luke warm, and another one was freezing cold and tasted like it was sitting for days. Yuck! *edit to add my boyfriend got the gyro and potato cakes, he stated his were excellent so I updated it a little bit.*
service was not good when i walked in no one acknowledged or said hi welcome to Arby's the girl that took my order was snotty they were not welcoming at all

Sadly it was the worst roast beef sandwiches we ever had there over the years. The meat was cold and the cuts of the beef were dry. Is it because we got the 2 for $6 special? The fries were delicious.

I usually like stopping here for lunch, but this time was just subpar. The sandwiches were okay, but the curly fries and potato cakes were awful. Son said the fries were hard and charred and tasted old. The potato cakes looked like they had been fried in oil that hadn't been changed for a couple days; the cakes were covered with black flecks. The staff was lovely as they always are at this location, but the food today was just disappointing

Arby's... what else can I say? Food was as expected. Good. Staff is friendly even though they may be busy and running around. They still take time to make you feel at home. Atmosphere? It wasn't crowded at all but its no different to a typical Arby's.

Super fast road trip stop for us in between camp pickups -used the drive thru our order was correct when we received it- surprisingly long line for 2pm on a Friday. It is very handy for a road trip stop on 15 easy on and off which is key today.
