Awesome, check it out. Tours on Sundays.
A lovely historical gem right there on US Route 15, just south of Harrisburg. I’ve driven past it dozens of times and never thought to stop until that day. We arrived a half hour prior to closing but were very graciously offered an abbreviated version of the tour. The site includes a home-tavern and several outbuildings. Be sure to check out the working outdoor brick oven, barn, and workshop. In addition to making items used on site, the craftsmen repair historical furniture and equipment for other sites across the region. The gift shop has pottery crocks and pepper mills made right there on the property.
We visited for the speakeasy experience this past weekend and had an absolute blast. We were a group of four and didn’t know what to expect. It was so well organized, a kind and welcoming crowd, and very well staffed. There were puzzles and riddles, and lots of things to see and do to keep people engaged in between the beverage tastings. I imagine most of the folks who put the event on are volunteers, and you can tell they deeply care about the history, buildings and grounds. There’s so much to see here and we can’t go wait to return for the cherry bounce festival. The history is interesting and the buildings are well maintained and beautiful. Above all else, a hilariously fun evening learning about history through booze. It was money well spent! The drinks were plentiful and delicious and the music was entertaining. We also won the costume contest and received a wonderful prize. Who would’ve thought such a gem could be found in Dillsburg?
Dills Celtic Festival was great, with interesting artisans & craftsman and great music!
Went to the Christmas Fest on Saturday (12/10/22) and picked up some stocking stuffers. Lots of local vendors and a big crowd in attendance.

Fabulous! Learned a bit. Enjoyed the tour! Sad only open on Sundays now.Tricky finding entrance & parking. Worth the time! Will be back for festivals.
Very interesting historic building, still being restored
We went for the Celtic festival. $15 entry fee really is steep just to walk around a small area. There were very interesting crafts people, and I really liked all of the history. I was disappointed in the lack of authentic ethnic food. The live music was nice.
Enjoyed my time there. They were having a Celtic festival when I visited and I had a good time
Great venue. Interesting enough on its own merit, but better to go when there's an 'event' on like the Christmas Market or Celtic Festival.
