This was the least crowded Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to
1 star for the 50 minute wait for literally 3 small items. After that, I got my order in 3 parts (one item each) after standing on their heads for the good part of half an hour. And even in that, they messed up my order by skimping on 70% of the guac spread on the avocado toast. Wasted an hour of my time when the store wasn't even at half capacity. The rudeness of the folks is something I don't even want to get to. If you can't handle basic orders maybe you at least want to supplement it with at least not shouts when I ask if this is my order or not. You literally have a mobile ordering platform; just keep it there man, come on be a bit professional or do something else.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent visit to your Dunkin' location, which unfortunately did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your establishment.
During my visit, I observed several issues that detracted from the overall experience. The restaurant appeared unkempt, with dirty counters that were not cleaned despite the employees having moments of downtime. With three employees present, they were engaged in conversation and laughter, rather than attending to their responsibilities.
When I placed my order with Yen, she seemed uncertain and confused about the process. I waited and listened as the employees bickered among themselves. Christina appeared overly excited about a conversation with a police officer at the drive-thru window, and when her co-worker Zen asked for assistance in the kitchen, Christina responded with attitude, stating that Yen had asked her to handle drinks. This lack of teamwork was troubling. I stepped in to encourage cooperation, but the situation escalated, with Zen expressing her frustration and Christina reacting negatively. I reassured Zen that I was not upset with her, acknowledging her attempts to seek help that were ignored by her colleagues.
Additionally, I felt compelled to remind an employee to change her gloves after handling her phone and then touching food. Zen became defensive, insisting that she had already changed her gloves multiple times. I explained that hygiene protocols must be followed consistently, especially in a food service environment.
As I was leaving, I overheard an employee make a remark that I found inappropriate—"I'm going to pray for you!"—which prompted me to seek clarification. Yen's response was unclear and seemed dismissive, adding to my frustration.
To compound the issues, I noticed fruit flies crawling on the donuts, which is unacceptable for food safety standards. I was unable to capture images of the dirty counters but did take pictures of the affected donuts.
I sincerely hope that these young ladies receive the necessary training to improve their skills and that management ensures proper supervision and guidance. It is concerning that they appeared to be operating without clear direction, as it felt as though they were sent to manage the store without adequate training.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I believe this situation presents an opportunity for growth for both the employees and management, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the further.

They are very friendly, even when getting slammed with the morning rush. I had an item missing from my order, it was a free item so I didn't lose out on anything, plus I had a drive thru order, but when inside because the drive thru line was atrocious! Food was great, I received bonus points for the missing item, no complaints!

Wonderful place to stop by. Almost every time we go through route 15, we will stop by.
New place on E. Simpson St in Mechanicsburg. Standard Dunkin offerings as per most of their stores and the drive-in is heavily patronized.

Terrible. No cream cheese on bagel. Bagel was stale! Latte poorly made. This location has gone downhill quickly

First off. This is 5:15am in the morning and we stopped to get a coffee and use the bathroom. As soon as we got the coffee I see the lady before she gives us the coffee touches the lid with her lips to close it before giving it to us.
I called her out and she was oblivious and ignored us. We took the new lid and walked out.
BEWARE OF THIS AND CHECK TO SEE IF THERE ARE LIP MARKS ON YOUR COFFEE LID!

This particular Dunkin has become a road trip staple for me, and today's fantastic service reinforces that decision. The staff was super friendly and considerate, making sure our order was right and we had everything we needed. As we ate the staff greeted each customer with a positive and helpful tone.
Although, I was disappointed that the Black Pepper Bacon is no more, the Hot Honey Bacon sandwhich was a suitable replacement, and the Wake Up Wraps are perfect for the littles.

I literally love this specific dunkins. The crew here are amazing. I drive a half hour to this specific store daily for my coffee. Coffee is always on point and the regular girls usually have my coffee ready once they hear me say good morning. Today I stopped in after a long appointment and ordered my coffee and a donut and the message left on my bag was awesome!!
