Extremely dirty bathrooms, mirror so dirty I cannot see myself in it. Same thing for the stainless steel on the machines at the front desk. They made and error on my cofee order. Don't go there.

20250518 Food is hot... freshly cooked. The crispy chicken stripes were good. Women's restroom is pretty clean.

Mc Chicken was cold and tuff. Dispenser holding the soda lids is disgustingly dirty. As a Servesafe instructor there is no way this place temps products or cleans and sanitizes. The diplomat on the wall means nothing if you don’t back it up.

I placed breakfast order online at 10:20am for drive through pick up, I didn't reached the drive through till 10:40am. I gave my code at drive through and got to pick up area. I was told that can't serve my breakfast order because it is after 10:30. Got back to work and check my app and it stated that I picked up the food, my money has not been returned. I called no one answer. It is a 35mins drive for me. I will dispute with my credit card.
As McDsonalds places go, better than most. We were not forced to use the touch screens but were allowed to interact with a human.

Regardless of the time you come here either your order is completely wrong. Either missing food, food past hold times, or completely wrong orders. To make things worse when you take the wrong order back in they add it back into their chutes to be reserved which is a huge violation of food service laws.

I haven't been to any McDonald's before with such great customer service, wonderful employees and great food ( considering it is fast food). The employees went out of there way like it was a 5 star restaurant.
