Not American owned and operated. It used to be and had absolutely amazing service but now you cant go in without a mistake or them cheating out on the toppings. Dont order for pick up or they will rip you off. Your best bet is to go in and watch them make your stuff so they have to be honest. Its in there nature not to be.

We travel a LOT! And this is the best subway we’ve ever stopped at & we have eaten at a lot of them across the US. The customer service was great , the bread was the absolute freshest we’ve ever had ,& the vegetables were very fresh . Very kind people and clean restaurant.

Worst customer service ever, my husband went in to order with my sub written on a piece of paper… he said he read it to them, when he got home it was not what he ordered ( turkey bacon lettuce mayo on white) , what I got was cheese bacon lettuce and mayo on white. When he went back they refused to put turkey on saying I ordered a blt. So I called and they basically called my husband a liar, saying he got what he asked for and of course no manager was there to speak to. Very dissatisfied and will never go back again

Simply awful, they are so unfriendly. They dont ask you if its for there ir to go, if you want it toasted, drinks, or anything. They will also lie to your face if they dont feel like making something and then offer it to the person behind you. Not to mention the cross contamination is WILD! do not go there if you have any allergies, I watched them take food back off of subs and dorsctly back i to the bins where they're kept

Worst subway I have ever been to. I have been here twice now. The first time I came during the day and the food quality was terrible. The lettuce was soggy and the cheese was hard. Not only did they have poor product they also would only give us a very tiny amount. Then the second time I came. I arrived at 9:05 and the worked refused us service. We spent 10 minutes talking to one employee before another employee came over. Which then we asked what time they really close to which he said 9:10-9:15. Even tho it clearly said updated hours 9:30 on their door. Overall terrible subway. And the manager was also awful. Don’t recommend going here ever.
