This Wendy’s is terrific. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. I wanted coffee - and they brewed a fresh pot - and gave me a large for the extra wait. The spicy chicken sandwich was fresh, crispy and delicious. The team get HIGH marks from me for their welcome.

Worse Wendy's I've ever been in. Ppl behind counter very unattentive. Talking to friends, ignoring customers. No ice in ice machine, sticky floors gross tables, needs to be cleaned up!! it was 9 pm on a Friday. Used to be a great place. So disappointed, so was my grandson.

Waited 13 mins after my online order was supposed to be ready. The person claiming to be the manager kept giving excuses why my order wasn't ready. Also they were out of ice. Horrible experience

Just went through the drive thur. Ordered 2 bacon double stacks, Jr fry, 4 piece nugget. I get asked if I want the biggie bag. I say no. I get to the window and my total is 7 dollars more than it should. I tell the woman that is running drive thur orders and working window 2 that my total is not correct. Something must be wrong with my order. Before I finish that sentence she turned away and comes back having knocked 2 dollars off my total. I again say that isn't what I ordered. Rather than listen to me or review the order she gives a discount. Out of frustration I hand her my card and take the discount on my total hoping to get close to my order. Ended up getting 2 son of baconator sandwiches. In customer service step 1 is listen to the customer. Price wasn't the object. It was the inability to listen and solve the issue. Not the first time I have had issues with this location. 9

Food is subpar, nuggets are tasteless not sure what's in them. Isn't much I can stomach in there. Best thing is the frosty I think that's the only thing keeping them floating.

The floors in this place are disgusting. Slimy greasy dining area. Literal food and trash all over the floor where food is prepped. Walked into the bathroom and thought a pipe burst with how much water was all over the floor. Gross just gross

Got denied an order because the girl stated that she was short staffed and there was a $60 order in front and it would be a 10 min wait, we stated that was fine and she repeated the 10 min wait with an attitude.
