I was there today and this one lady has an attitude with me. I worked there before and they don't wear any gloves, I don't know if they wash there hands after they use the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this dairy Queen at all go to Mt pleasant one or Connellsvill, they are more kind.

Yesterday we visited the Donegal location and were pretty upset. We had points to use so we used some on 2 accounts to get 2 small cones. We were going to order food to but didn't after what happened. We went up to the counter to pick up our cones and the manager "I assume" started being very rude, scolding my sister for using her points and told us not to use mobile ordering "very rudely". Then at the end he said are from around here and we said yes and he shut up!!! Like since they were by the turnpike he figured he could do it and never seen us again. She and I were very upset. I don't know who he thinks he is. But at the same time last time I was there someone said something to us about not using the mobile order on the app. I don't think so, it's there if I want to use it. Then we got our cones and he did it on purpose but the were tiny like kiddy size. So we never did order the food, we left and went across the street to Mcdonalds to eat. Bad way to do business!

Came in to order a blizzard and sundae . Blizzard was a mess , with just āvanilla ice creamā no snickers cause they āforgotā they wouldnāt fix it , wanted more money to fix it. The sundae was just melted ice cream with fudge because it was made 5 minutes prior to being handed to us, However tf that makes sense Iāve yet to figure out. Letās just say Iād go to mt pleasant or cville. Itās cheaper and better anyways. āØšš¼

I paid an upcharge to substitute a blizzard instead of a sundae I asked for a butterfinget blizzard and instead I got basically a cup of vanilla ice-cream out of the entire blizzard I'd say about 5 bites actually had a taste of butterfinger the entire rest was straight ice cream. I feel like over the years they are skimming more and more on there ingredients but this time it was basically none existent but of course they charged me for it. Ordered good also it was all pretty fresh and š„ but chicken straps wet3 definitely on the smaller side.

Making my roundsā¦ ordered the sameā¦ and guess what??? Order taker was clear, repeated the order. At the window, repeated the order. Said price.. asked for receipt, and then handed the correct order!!! Delmontā¦. Learn from this place tooā¦. Atmosphere was a 3, only cause I should clean my carā¦.. sorry about that.
We where on our way home and my wife wanted some ice cream. Dairy Queen never disappoint. Always good. Staff was friendly.

Went WAY DOWN HILL since the new owner took over a couple years ago. Food and Ice cream are outrageously priced compared to other DQs. Ice cream cakes have hardly any chocolate ice cream or crunch in the middle anymore and are terribly decorated. My toddler could decorate these cakes better, they are completely awful! Iād be ashamed to sell items that look like that! Told management about how my family and I feel, as well as many other people, about the cakes now and they donāt seem to care! Just say oh well. They donāt take constructive criticism very well because when told about how awful the cakes look that they sell, your comments get removed and you get blocked. WILL NOT BE BACK ANYTIME SOON.

Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. The service was horrible. The cashier Justin was rude and the manager Steven was even worse. The cheese curds had a weird grease taste. Asked for a refund and was told no I could get fries to replace as they don't do refunds. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have never left a bad review before, but my experience at Donegal Dairy Queen was unacceptable. The owner, Steve, was incredibly rude and condescending to us from the moment we walked in. He upcharged for everything, which would have been fine if he had actually followed through on the extras we orderedābut he didnāt. When we politely pointed this out, he was dismissive and unwilling to make it right.
I have worked in customer service- specifically at this location for years- and I know firsthand that this is not how you treat people. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, but unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I wonāt be returning, and I wouldnāt recommend this location to anyone who values good service.

This new owner hates his life and more obviously, the customers. He always seems so annoyed to be in your presence. The blizzards are terrible (well I mean, itās ice cream so itās never TERRIBLE) but itās not at all what you ordered. They skimp on the chocolate and tell you itās āin the bottomā because itās hard to mix (itās not). Last time I even added additional fudge topping to the blizzard just to see if they could follow directions. Guess what? No fudge. I have been hesitating leaving a review, bc I mean itās just Dairy Queenā¦but if you want something decent go to Mt pleasant or Latrobe
