The WORST DQ franchise owner ever. Rude beyond belief. Zero customer service and interpersonal skills. If you decide to patronize the place, here are some tips. 1) Don’t place special orders. If you don’t want something specific on your food, just plan to pick it off yourself. 2) Don’t order an ice cream cake. The taste is somewhere between spoiled and freezer burnt. 3) If you plan to use points, the app, or coupons, prepare to be publicly shamed. 4) No matter what happens, remember the customer is always wrong (in the franchise owner’s eyes). I can’t imagine what the well-meaning employees must endure if he treats his customers so poorly. Now if you want ice cream, shakes, or food, AND fair treatment by the manager or owner, there are two reputable places just across the road. The difference between those places and this DQ? If the other places commit a human error, they’ll accept responsibility and make it right. If DQ errs and the franchise owner gets wind of it, it’s your loss. Frankly, I’m surprised this place earned a 3+ star rating. The higher ratings must be from customers who were fortunate enough NOT to witness Mr. Personality in action.

Well to start out the service was okay messed the the order up didn't give us gravy then when we got the gravy it was cold then we can't see because all the light bulbs in the place are blowed out over 26 light bulbs are blown out seems like the owner is cheap just my thought.

Food was just ok. Chicken tenders were not moist, and one of the four was very small. Fries were not fresh. The man who took our order, who seemed to be the manager, refused to give me a small cup so I could dispense water to go with my lunch. Since I already had a soda in the car I did not want to get another one. Insisted I buy a bottle of water or get my own cup. Really poor service, and soured the experience for sure at this place. If the food had been spectacular that would have saved it for a better review. Unfortunately the food was not great either. I would avoid this stop off of the turnpike.

Always loved the food here. Tonight my husband and I got served cold cheeseburgers. I politely asked for a refund and was told they will not give back your money. Last time we will come here. Bad way to do business. After I saw other reviews with the same outcome and were also served cold food. Sad they don't have the good service they used to!

We stopped by DQ and the food was great. However, it was very hot inside, the bathrooms smelled like cat urine, and it was so busy inside with many workers present but only one taking orders. The one taking orders was also helping serve ice cream and I watched many people come and leave due to no one manning the cash register regularly to take any orders. I also watched many touch their faces in between serving ice cream and did not wear any gloves while handling the food. Honestly it was a little concerning.

Sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes like usual. Order 2 double cheeseburgers with ketchup and onion only. I drove 2 miles home and found out I received 2 single cheeseburgers with ketchup and onion only. Drove back and went inside. I was greeted shortly after the gentleman finished his story with the staff. I explained what happened and waited about 2 minutes and received a new bag. I got home with the burgers, and I could tell that they slapped a patty on each one and called it a day. 1 cold patty and 1 warm patty. Just what I wanted.
Burgers were dry. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean.

I was there today and this one lady has an attitude with me. I worked there before and they don't wear any gloves, I don't know if they wash there hands after they use the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this dairy Queen at all go to Mt pleasant one or Connellsvill, they are more kind.
