“We ate here for the first time yesterday and everything we had was good! The vegetable soup was good and the bowl was a substantial portion. My bacon bleu burger was served on a gourmet roll and was done to perfection and really tasty. The drink I ordered had muddled watermelon with lime juice and moonshine. I would get it again. Pricing was what you would expect to pay. Lastly, the hostess, Sammy Jo was a perfect addition to the place. She gave you an "at home" feel, plenty of guests seemed to know her personally and she loved what she was doing- hard to find these days. Kudos to the staff. We will be back!!”

Just not a pleasant experience. we used to love eating there when the original owners had it. we won't be back! I do not recommend this place!😕”

“Well we stopped here after a day in The Laurel Highlands. We went inside used the Kiosk My Son and Grandson 1-2-3 The value meals were good and we spent about 18.00 The Creamy Chili Dip was awesome for the nuggets the Fries were hot and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich was good we got a Kids meal for B3 it had a nice toy for him. I think sometimes people expect to much from these fast food restaurants. If you’re always in a hurry you’ll probably be disappointed. I can always tell when I read them is that they’re always concerned with themselves and how something didn’t work out in their favor always willing to tell you something bad that happened during their visit.”

“My husband and I truly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Foggy Mountain Lodge. It was better than staying at a hotel. The grounds were beautiful, and the location was quiet. Our room was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed eating our breakfast in the Cedar Lodge living room with the beautiful stone fireplace. The rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend this beautiful place.”

Sara was a joy to work with as she was professional, organized, flexible and extremely helpful. Her event package included cups, spoons and napkins along with a choice of 4 delicious ice cream flavors. I researched several options and overall, Sweet Scoopz was the best value. I wholeheartedly recommend Sara, her adorable ice cream cart and phenomenal ice cream for your event !”

“LET ME TELL YOU... the other night we stopped after my daughter softball game. I had their pizza during one of their festivals but living 45 mins away never got to eat there. I was SO delighted when the lady (im sadden i didnt get her name) said she would still serve us even tho it was almost 730 and apparent full house. Being a waitress of a little ma pa shop at one time myself I know how annoying that can be. I could tell she was ready to clean up and go home, but she did a wonderful job serving us and the food was 🤌🏻😋 but what was really touching was her regular, Frank; an older gentleman just trying to make it in this world. She knew him and cared for him just like family. Even knew him well enough to know if he got a talking my daughter could sneak into the restroom and out before he knew it. I recommend and would go back over and over again, this is a true definition of made with love!”

“The food was absolutely delicious. Such a wide variety of meats to choose from, different types of tallow products, and dairy products as well. Raw milk for sale in multiple sizes! The hot food they serve has gotta be some of the best food ive ever eaten. Definitely worth a visit!!!”

“This evening my wife and I had a wonderful early dinner at The Kitchen On Main. We live in Southern Maryland and have a small place in Hidden Valley PA. We haven’t been able to visit the Kitchen on Main in four years. But, tonight was magical. Great service; outstanding food as we have come to know .. not kidding That’s not what made it magical. What did was watching three thirtyish fathers manage seven of their children ages maybe 3 to 8 get through dinner in a nice restaurant. Were there kid meltdowns? Oh yes a couple. But these dad’s worked together to make sure their pride and joys ate as they tried to eat themselves. Thank you Kitchen on Main for being a place for these dads giving their wives a weekend night off. Thank you Kitchen on Main customers for your understanding and smiles. Thank you dads for letting my wife and I relive parts of our lives and remember how blessed we are to hears young children laugh, fuss and cry. The best best night out in years.”

“DEElicious pizza. We were at Oak Lodge & had Norvelt Pizza deliver rather than eat in restaurant on site with few options ( we're vegetarian ). It was delivered to our cabin QUICKLY & the salad was good also. Definitely will get this pizza again!”
