I have had so many issues - some which I’ve taken directly to the owner himself. Tonight my husband swings in to grab mine and his mobile orders (we each have an account) and Steve questions him on why he’s picking up two mobile orders….. Steve, you need to look at yourself and if you see business dropping, you might have something to do with it. The dq app is not one account per household- and before challenging him you could have easily saw he was picking up two orders...read full review
The WORST DQ franchise owner ever. Rude beyond belief. Zero customer service and interpersonal skills. If you decide to patronize the place, here are some tips. 1) Don’t place special orders. If you don’t want something specific on your food, just plan to pick it off yourself. 2) Don’t order an ice cream cake. The taste is somewhere between spoiled and freezer burnt. 3) If you plan to use points, the app, or coupons, prepare to be publicly shamed. 4) No matter what happens,...read full review
Yesterday we visited the Donegal location and were pretty upset. We had points to use so we used some on 2 accounts to get 2 small cones. We were going to order food to but didn't after what happened. We went up to the counter to pick up our cones and the manager "I assume" started being very rude, scolding my sister for using her points and told us not to use mobile ordering "very rudely". Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, located in a scenic mountain setting, offers a $7 meal deal with limited drink options. Customers noted that their sundae and chicken strips were smaller than expected, possibly due to the altitude. Food is often served in a messy paper bag, but the manager has been praised for providing great service, even waiting for a group of 8 until closing. The staff is friendly, though reviews about the quality of blizzards are mixed. Many customers enjoy the ice cream, which is known to be really good, but some have experienced their blizzards becoming runny before reaching home, regardless of the season or distance. Recently, there have been complaints about the food quality, with some finding the burgers, fries, and onion rings bland and not as good as when the restaurant was under previous ownership. Overall, the atmosphere is rated as a 3, mainly due to personal cleanliness.
