Ironically, we only thought their pie was “ok”. However the donuts were INCREDIBLE! If you like a cream filled donut, you HAVE to try them! You can taste that everything is homemade.

I ordered a gob cake from here, and it was very rich and tasteful. You have to place the order ahead of time. The cream is unlike any other cream in a gob.

Stopped in after visiting the general store. The staff person did come out but did greet me or tell me about the products. The pies looked very good. There were a lot of pastries that also looked very nice. They had cold drinks and a coffee station. There is a ramp to access the door.

Excellent products, but a rather indifferent sales person. A little more cordial accommodation would have resulted in more sales. I had to question her about everything. Minimal responses, no information volunteered. I had ordered three pies for pickup, ie, almost $50 already, so I was not just a casual visitor. Maybe she was having a bad day. But you only get one shot with new customers! Was just driving through....I know you've been there forever, and have a loyal following,.but alienating new customers is a bad idea.

Went twice. The kid today looked miserable to be there. . Told me one price one time and never said another word. Except for the total. Cream horns were hard. Need someone who wants to be there behind the counter. Won’t go back.

We tried this place twice on vacation. First time staff was in the back and we waited. She acted annoyed that we were there. Second time was a male and he was the same way. Bakery food was ok but lady lock second time tasted weird. Will not go back.
Got cream filled donuts. They were lovely. Got fruit filled cookies. They were so dry and tasteless , they stuck in your throat going down. Last time for me.

Lovely bakery in a very suggestive area. They had so many pies, cookies, and pastries. The best one was a kind of giant bignet (cream puff looking) with delicious custard. The Dutch apple pie is very good because it's not too sweet but the crumbs are too fine so they don't all stay on it when you cut into it. The chocolate chip cookies were different, not sweet but also it felt like they used a different kind of flour? Not sure but they were good.We also got a couple of pieces of pizza that were good but not great.Overall a good store with comfort baked goods.
