“I had a very lovely time at diner with the spouse yesterday, we had never been here before was recommended by a friend of mine who frequents the area! I could not figure out what to get to drink from your selection when our waitress Sarah showed me some popular choices and the special for the night, and y'all had my favorite....Guinness! and got to enjoy a complete diner! Thank you Union Jack's! I'll be back“

“The Good: restaurant is very clean and nice inside. The Bad: The food quality is disappointing. Frequently incorrect orders and sandwiches that are very messy. We have gone on multiple instances but usually have an issue. My son received a grilled cheese that was just a cold cheese slice on bread. Another time my wife received the wrong sandwich (see below) which would have disappointed whoever ordered it. It seems like the quality of Panera in general has dipped overtime, though this one still needs work despite being open nearly a year.
Update November 2024: We dined inside this time. Food, service, and quality were SIGNIFICANTLY better. There seems to be a big difference between dine in and take out/drive thru. Glad to see things improving!“

“I was having a crazy day. On the way to the zoo, my car was hit by a golf ball. At the zoo, I witnessed a crazy tussle between 2 zebras. After that, I needed a break. I needed to feel normal again. I went to Panera. I got my sip club beverage and a suggestion popped up for a $2 bakery item. And I thought, Why yes! I think I will! I got the orange cranberry bread and it was amazing. I may never forget the black and white hoodlums, but I am glad I can relax at Panera.“
