We went here on a Friday night for date night and the food is so good. Service was excellent. The only minus was it was busy so the place got very loud and it was a little Smokey from the kitchen.I would definitely come back but would come mid week to avoid the crowd.Parking: Parking lot across the street

Arguably the best food in Downingtown. The quality of the food is outrageous! The care that the chefs put into your meal is astounding. The seasonal menu changes are always jaw-dropping and delicious. Everything always comes cooked perfectly. Even their bar makes insane cocktails. Everything this place does is 5 star. I would eat there every night if I could.

Went here on a date night and it was amazing. We had great service from start to finish. The food was incredibly good. We got an espresso martini to try for our dessert drink and I can say it’s one of the best ones I’ve ever had!! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Our first time last week and I immediately regretted not trying their food sooner. The bar upstairs and bartender are over the top awesome but the food downstairs is really different and we’ll thought out recipes you will love.

A really enjoyable meal with good food, but nothing that stood out as a must-have-again favorite. I'd recommend the scallop and shrimp scampi pasta and the cocktail menu (I had the yippee kay ye melon farmer) and look forward to trying other things on the menu. Both steak and pork belly were a bit overcooked. Still enjoyable, but for the price I'd hold them to a high standard. Both the hostess and waitress were kind, courteous, and had great recommendations for us!

Never fails to please between the food and the drinks. The specials are always amazing. Service is usually great but there are occasional misses bad enough to not give a full 5 but I have high hopes that will change soon. Definitely a regular spot for us!

Amani’s, without a doubt, is the best restaurant in Chester county. We have probably been there 12-15 times at this point, and not only is the food the highest quality, but the execution of every aspect of the meal is exceptional. I can still remember the first time my wife and I came when we were poor college graduate students, and almost 8 years later we still always return. The staff is excellent, the new drinks are incredible, and it’s a great intimate atmosphere. We will always love coming here, so do not hesitate!

A small local rather expensive little restaurant. There is a $10 uncorking fee for your BYOB wine. Reservations are needed since such a small place. Unfortunately, my friend's stuffed chicken with prosciutto had very little prosciutto just placed on top but Not stuffed.Kid-friendliness: Not a place for childrenParking: You need to park in local shopping center across the street behind this restaurant or maybe some on street parking, but it's not easy to find, and it is not free to park.

So nice to get back to this place! We actually had lunch at Amani's North. The food was outstanding. Those baked oysters are to die for. The fig and goat cheese egg rolls OMG. Gnocchi light and airy and the Dagwood sandwich elevated. Oh, the Bourbon drinks were outstanding, especially the Burnt. Can't wait for the next time.

A lot of terrific options on the menu, it was hard to choose. The mussels and corn chowder were both outstanding, very flavorful. The Bronzino was delicious. Great service, our server gave us a lot of great information about the menu. They have a full bar but are also BYOB for wine which is a great option.

Small portions, pricey for what you get. No sides included, very small portion of a veggie with entree. Salad not included, no bread/rolls.BYOB….had screw top wine, no opening by sommelier needed and charged $10.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I Love Amani’s. They are simply awesome. Their food is so great. Their Coconut Crème Brûlée is to die for. It should be illegal for being so amazing.

Out with a few friends and we were so disappointed. We noticed restaurant had all these stars but then none of us enjoyed our food. Afterwards realized reviews were a couple years old so maybe it used to be good. But tonight none of use enjoyed our food though the staff was very nice.Parking: Parking is a bit challenging as its downtown but its available just might have to drive around the block a time or two.

*Indoor dining review*I am thoroughly surprised and impressed with this restaurant. Driven by many times and looking from the outside, I didn't think there was such a good restaurant tucked away.Restaurant: 4/5Service: 5/5Food/Drinks: 4.5/5Parking: Street Parking~Restaurant~The restaurant has 2 floors, we sat upstairs. Depends on where you sit, it can feel a bit cramped and you will likely bump into people sitting near you. Apart from that, everything was good. Restaurant itself is also very clean and modernistic.~Service~All of the staff we had interaction with (Hostess, waiter, food/drinks runner, Manager) were kind, helpful and sociable.~Drinks & Food~Even though it is BYOB, their drink menu is impressive. All were good, no complains.-What we ordered for Drinks-Cranberry SpecialCucumber Dill GinLavender GinKey Lime Martini (Dessert drink)For food, I enjoyed what ordered. But the guests with me had only minor complains.-What we ordered for food-Crab Fries (Very Good)Chicken Cheesesteak (Good, but a bit small)Seafood Paella (Very good)Grilled Branzino (Delicious)Gulf Shrimp Fra Diavolo (Good)Banana Pudding for Dessert was also tasty. In conclusion, if you're in the area and have not tried this restaurant yet, it is a must.
