Sadly the lobster and crab ravioli was not very good. The filling was mostly cheese and contained very little to no lobster or crab meat.
I really wanted to rate this restaurant higher, but although the food was good, there weren't hardly any mussels or clams in the appetizer. Also we were seated upstairs and it was FREEZING! Everyone had their coats on and the heater said 86 degrees, but it wasn't. We ordered pizza and salads and it took over 90 minutes! I was here over a year ago in the winter months and the experience was different. I'm Italian, and the portions were small for the price.
Food was amazing, it was my daughter's birthday & I loved how they all came & sung happy birthday. Very memorable. We sat upstairs it was very intimate.
Our meal was wonderful. We had octopus and veal. Would recommend it to anyone. Service was great very attentive.
Anthony's is my favorite restaurant in Downingtown and Ive been going there for years. Last night, we had a reservation for 2 at 7 PM. We didn't get seated until 7:30. Service was unusually slow. Food was excellent as always. I was embarrassed for my out of town guest.
Our first time to Anthony's Cucina was enjoyable. We arrived early and were seated right away. Diego, our waiter was excellent. Food choices on the menu were good. Everyone in our party enjoyed their dinners and drinks were excellent too. The only thing I did not enjoy was the side house salad. It was only the white part of the iceberg lettuce with a few green pepper slices. No green lettuce or flavor. We will definitely return for dinner again soon. Highly recommend this restaurant.
My sandwich had very little pork in it. Pretty much was bread/cheese and sauce. And it smelled like dirty cleaning liquid. The smell was unbearable.
Good food, ample quantity. Good service

A buddy of mine told me this place was owned by legendary NBA player Carmelo Anthony. He was a favorite of mine so I got excited and decided to come here. Wore my Denver Nuggets anthony jersey and brought a pen and pad for an autograph in case he was there. Welp, I was disappointed and embarrassed to learn that he doesn’t actually own it. My buddy is an idiot or he was pranking me. Nonetheless I did enjoy eatiny here. Food was great and the service was super friendly and on top of it. I would go back.
Outstanding Italian restaurant. Great food and service.

Embarrassing service
Have yet to have a bad meal there! They are a great groyp of servers. Our favorite is the shrimp scampi dip. We order it every time.
