I take my family to this lovely place often! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot at least once a month. The cooking is excellent, the crew is professional and the cost is fair. I like meeting in this spot for a tasty lunch.

I love this spot! They have splendid dishes, their menu is rich, The cook in that spot is a real pro, I like very much trying all their dishes. The food is always tasty, the attitude towards the clients is agreeable. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.

I chose Bangles because it was close to my hotel while traveling for business in Downingtown. I was seated immediately, and noticed only one party of six in addition to myself. The shopping center where they were located appeared to be new, and there were many unoccupied stores. Bangles was somewhat hidden, tucked into a corner with no signage lit after dark. I had driven past it earlier in the evening and had not seen it. But the food was worth hunting them down. I only had three items, a soup called Rasam - Spicy broth of tomatoes, peppercorn, garlic, cumin, tamarind & lentils, Goat Sukha - Dry spicy mutton cubes slow cooked in exotic spices, and plain Naan. The soup was prepared for the locals, i.e. not as spicy as you would get in India. But even though I have enjoyed very spicy Indian fare in the past, the Rasam was delicious, and tasted like nothing I've ever had before. The Goat Sukha was in a thick glaze that also was somewhat spicy, and also delicious. As a single, I was able to eat about 25% of it. The rest is in my hotel refrigerator waiting for me to nuke it and enjoy it again. Naan? The naan was well done. What more can you say about plain naan? There are many places to try in this neighborhood, and I intend to try many of them, but Bangles is on my "plan to return" list.

Spoiled my birthday! Gobhi Manchurian was soggy, tasted just okay. Saag paneer was way too bad! Didn't taste good at all. Never again!!

This restaurant has gone down hill over the last year. The food is not that good anymore and the service is terrible.

The worse Indian Buffet I have ever had the misfortune of tasting! This is what happens when you have no competition in the immediate area for Indian food. What use to be a vibrant scene in the Exton area with 5 Indian restaurants (2 good ones), has now been reduced to a husk of its former glory. With Nala, Ruchi, and Devi, all closed in the last 2 years I was forced to endure Bangles when I had to scratch my Indian food craving during the winter break. First of all, all buffet items were cold, at about 1pm. Even the naan just out of the kitchen was cold. How the heck does that happen. You can nuke it for 30 seconds and serve it and I wouldn't have known the difference. This is what happens when the restaurant stop giving a #%*(@ because they know, you, the customer, have no choice. The proteins on offer was very salty and just did not have any layers of flavor that most good Indian food does, and omg there was one dish, i think it was the vegetable korma had such a strong taste of mint that I honestly thought I was drinking mouthwash when I tasted it, and the lemon rice was so lemon-y that I could not swallow more than half a bite. and on top of it all, the restaurant had the gall to charge almost $17 dollars for this abominable meal. If you have any value for your own taste buds take your money to Indian Hut where you will get a serviceable lunch, not all you can eat, but good enough at half the cost and you will come away not questioning your faith in humanity. Do not go here under any circumstance if you've never had Indian food and want to see what it's about, you will be scared for life.

Just went for the lunch Buffett. The waiter wiped our table with the most smelly piece of cloth he probably could find. The food was cold and tasted terrible. The place has gone down to the dumps. Stay away- would not recommend
